Continuity mistake: In Uruguay, when the woman puts Christian Szell's folded shirts in the drawer, the camera pans toward the photographs on the dresser. There's an unframed photo of his brother Klaus in the closeup, but it's a different photo in the next wide shot. (00:38:25)

Continuity mistake: When the crash occurs, Klaus pulls out the key on a keychain. In the first shot, Klaus is not wearing a pinky ring on his right hand while holding the key with the round charm dangling, but in the closeup Klaus is now wearing a pinky ring on his right hand and is instead holding the keychain charm, with the key dangling. Visible crew/equipment: Spock and Dr. Jones carry Koldos into his quarters, and when Spock walks over to the wall communicator to contact the bridge, the camera casts a shadow on the wall as it moves closer to Spock. (00:05:20)

Visible crew/equipment: While The Doctor and Zoe are on the SIDRAT, The Doctor expresses hope to get the hang of its controls. When the SIDRAT materializes, in the shot facing the door as The Doctor pokes his head out to exit, the camera turns toward the right and there's a reflection of the moving camera and the camera operator walking behind the camera, at the right side of the screen. Revealing mistake: At the start of dinner, in the wide shots we can see the table and chairs directly on the carpet. When Carol notices the leaky vase and calls for Alice, in the wide shot as Alice approaches the table, now there's plastic sheeting spread across the carpet under the table, as well some visible tubing under the table, presumably for the water stunt. Visible crew/equipment: While Sid is interrogated at the Victory, there are only four men in the room - Sid, Bud, Dudley, and Michael Breuning. After Bud finds the photos in Sid's trunk he drives off, leaving Sid alone in the room with Dudley and Michael Breuning. When Sid is lying on the floor and says, "You can uncuff me now, fellas," we can see a crew member's right hand holding something, at the right side of the screen. (01:45:10)
