Continuity mistake: When Axel arrives at the hospital he is wearing his watch on his right wrist, but when he walks into Bogomil's room to say hi to Jan the watch is on his left wrist. The same thing happens when Axel drives past the house with renovations, his watch is on his right wrist, but when he pulls into the driveway the watch is on his left wrist. Visible crew/equipment: During the jewelry store robbery, in the shot just before Karla announces, "1:45," one of the guys smashes the bat into a display case, and just as he walks away, behind him the reflection of one crew member is visible in the dark center of the mirror and another reflection of a second crew member, wearing blue, is visible at the mirror's edge. Continuity mistake: When Axel breaks open the drawer at the B.H. Shooting Club, he finds the notepad with the coordinates. When the pad is in the drawer there are five full lines of writing with a sixth short line below it, but when Axel takes the pad out of the drawer there are only four full lines of text with two more short lines below. Continuity mistake: When Rosewood, Axel and Taggart are driving in the car, such as on the way to the City Deposit/Federal Reserve Bank and later on the way to Sidney Bernstein, the car's rearview mirror vanishes and reappears repeatedly. (01:03:10)

Visible crew/equipment: Just after Brad says, "I really love the skillful way you beat the other girls to the bride's bouquet," as 'Dammit Janet' begins, twice it cuts to a shot of the "church caretakers" standing idly in front of the doors. In these two shots their marks are visible at their feet; there are outlines on the ground around their shoes, which vanish in following shots. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: During dinner, when Frank-N-Furter pulls off the tablecloth revealing the corpse, in the first close-up the platter of carved "meat" is quite gone, but it reappears in the next shot. (01:09:30)

Revealing mistake: When Elizabeth first sees the skeletal pirates she stumbles backward, and when she lands on the tarp in the close-up, the flesh-covered thumb and part of a hand is visible behind her, at the top right, though the pirates are in skeletal form. (00:59:05)

Continuity mistake: After Mikaela walks in on Sam and Alice, then leaves, Alice grabs hold of Sam's neck, and during his struggle the tall black floor lamp falls over toward the fridge, but that lamp is back upright thereafter. (00:51:40)

Continuity mistake: After Sam's rescue from the Decepticon doctor's brain surgery, when Optimus transforms we see Sam rolling on the ground near the trees and in the next shot he gets up and runs behind the trees as Optimus shouts, "Hide, Sam!" However, in the next shot Sam is still rolling on the ground. (00:59:20)

Continuity mistake: When Sam has carved the circle of symbols into the ground, the aircraft behind him casts very different shadows upon the ground right up until everyone vanishes, when the cloud of dust caused by their disappearance appears. (01:25:55)

Visible crew/equipment: In Egypt, in the exterior shot just before Sam says, "We got cops!" the moving shadow of the filming vehicle is visible on the ground and on Sam's car, as it's driving alongside. (01:31:50)

Continuity mistake: When Jetfire tries to leave the James S. McDonnell Space Hangar and says, "I command these doors to open," there is a shot of Sam, Mikaela, Simmons and Leo standing at the tip of what was Jetfire's enclosure bars, looking up, a bit to their right as if Jetfire was directly in front of them. In the next shot Jetfire, who is way down at the end of the hangar, breaks down the door and heads out. Next shot, they're all still looking up in the very same direction, even though they should be looking all the way to their right, straight ahead into the distance. (01:23:40)
