Deliberate mistake: After Irene tells Hank that she's starting to think he's a good person, when it cuts to a close-up of Boshane in the field, the bandage is on the right side of his face instead of the usual left side. It's a flipped shot from an earlier scene when Lee Harvey tells Boshane that his dad doesn't eat fast food. (00:59:00 - 01:04:55)

Continuity mistake: After Wendy walks the plank and leaps, when we see Peter has saved her, her head is at Peter's right side as he flies off with her in his arms. But in the next shot, Wendy is being carried by Peter the opposite way, with her head now at Peter's left side. (01:07:10)

Other mistake: When Queen Marie tells Henry he was born to privilege and it comes with specific obligations, Henry says, "But marriage to a complete stranger never made anyone in this room very happy." Visible crew/equipment: After Lucy rushes out with the newspaper to tell Ethel about all the movie stars coming to the party, when Lucy returns to the suite and closes the door, we can see the arm of a crew member and a board with "DPI" (Desilu Productions Inc) on it, at the bottom right side of the screen, and a bit of equipment at the top right corner. Visible crew/equipment: After the intro, when Garvin tells Gia to go home, Data is standing on the stairs and the actor's green mark is somewhat visible at Data's feet. Continuity mistake: When Jenna sees herself in the mirror and topples backward over the shelf, there's a tall floor lamp directly behind the striped armchair with an ottoman. As Jenna gets to her feet, we also see there's nothing beside the armchair's arm. When Jenna's new appearance shocks her and she whispers, "What is happening?" the floor lamp has vanished, and now a small table with a plant appears beside the armchair. (00:14:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When Tooey and Eddie come over to see Wally's "really sharp" new plaid suit, the boys go upstairs to see Wally's new crazy socks. Then, just as Ward tells June the suit looks like a horse blanket, the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible at the top right corner of the screen. (00:15:20)

Continuity mistake: Ward jokes about the boys having two baths in three days, being some kind of record. It then cuts to the boys sitting on the floor in the bathroom, and we can see the hamper at the right with nothing atop it, but when Wally stands up to put CJ back in the "aquarium" the tank lid is lying on the hamper.
