Continuity mistake: When Hank walks into Luly's men's room, Hank's watch is on his left wrist, Kahn's hair is parted on his right side, the stalls are to Hank's right and urinals to Hank's left (same side as his watch). Some of the following shots show them in the mirror's reflection. After Kahn says, "Times hard, but Minh's a fighter, they be ok," it cuts to a particularly odd shot of Hank and Kahn. The entire bathroom we see behind them is backwards, as if it's the mirror's reflection shot (stalls and urinals on the opposite sides), but Hank's and Kahn's watch and hair part are on the correct sides, which is not possible if it were a reflection. Revealing mistake: When Cindy walks in mid-air Matrix-style, she knocks the killer backwards. In the next close-up, as he falls on his back, the outline of the thick protective padding worn under his clothes is visible.

Continuity mistake: The living-room in Cindy's house has wood plank flooring, which is perpendicular to the plank flooring in the hallway, as seen at the doorway when she runs down the stairs and locks the front door. However, when she runs up the stairs as the killer chases her, the living-room wood flooring at that doorway is gone.

Deliberate mistake: When Cindy is talking to the killer on the phone, and he says, "I could be anywhere. I'm like the wind, baby," she walks into the living-room. Notice the wall behind the couch, it is completely different a moment later. When the killer hides behind the curtains, the wall behind the couch has large bay windows with seating underneath. Then when the killer is at her house the second time, all the windows are gone during the Matrix send-up, so Cindy can run along that wall.

Continuity mistake: After the killer throws Cindy at the wall and then breaks the long table, Cindy runs and stands in front of the round side table and lamp, which are right beside the wicker chair. However, when she levitates, that table and lamp are now beside the couch.

Revealing mistake: When the killer throws Cindy against the wall, causing the painting to fall, the outlines of the knee pads she's wearing under her pants are visible, while she's in mid-air. (01:14:20)

Continuity mistake: The number of wood slats on Baby Herman's playpen keeps changing at the start of the film. When his mom says goodbye there are eight slats at the front, and five at the side. When he escapes the playpen there are eight at the side, and when Roger realizes the playpen's empty, there are nine at the side and seven at the front. Additionally, the characteristics of the teddy bear changes, as well as the colors of the balls on the wood slats. (00:00:40)

Continuity mistake: When Kelly, Taylor and Andrea reach the balcony over the audience, there are two large paintings and a sculpture behind them. There are two large paintings on the balcony across from them as well. In the following shots the sculpture switches from male to female repeatedly, and the painting from the opposite balcony actually appears on the other side. For example, when Kelly whispers, "We need more cover," the sculpture is male, but when she climbs over the banister to the zip line, the sculpture is female. Also, when Miss Fritton swings across to rescue Kelly, the painting behind her is the same one that should be on the opposite balcony. (01:15:25)

Other mistake: After Kelly and the twins climb out of the sewer tunnel and hear footsteps, the twins sit atop the steel grating pretending to cry while the rest hide below. All the walls and paintings behind the twins are the very same ones behind Kelly, Taylor and Andrea later, when they've finally reached their target painting, in a different area of the gallery. We can even see the square of wood planks covering the area of the steel grating seen earlier. (01:13:35 - 01:24:00)

Deliberate mistake: After the heist, when Taylor and Andrea are told they have only three minutes to the end of the show, there is an overhead shot of them on the zip line that is flipped. Note that Cheltenham and St. Trinian's have switched sides and the letters on the prop books behind them are backwards. (01:27:45)

Continuity mistake: During the grand final of School Challenge, in every overhead shot of the zip line, host Stephen Fry is seen below wearing the mortarboard, but in all shots facing him he is bare-headed. (01:17:20)

Continuity mistake: On the school trip to the National Gallery, Kelly finds the painting’s location on the far wall facing her, with marble trimmed doorways behind her within an open area, directly opposite the painting. The girls’ plan is based on this location. However, when Kelly, Taylor and Andrea reach the painting during the heist, entirely different walls with paintings are opposite the painting.
