Question: This makes no sense at all to me. Exactly how did Chris survive her very first encounter with Jason? She tells Rick about how he grabbed her by the ankles and was dragging her off when she fainted from fear and then woke up in her room at home. What exactly happened in the time in between? It's been mentioned that Jason raped Chris after dragging her away or at least he attempted to rape her. The Jason character does not rape. Period. Are we really supposed to believe that the murderous Jason just suddenly felt bad for her and brought her back to her home of his own free will? (00:48:30 - 00:51:45)
Chosen answer: Chris never said anything about rape. As for what happened to her, no one really knows. Maybe she reminds Jason of his mother like in the new Friday the 13th movie.
Question: This shouldn't be bothering me as much as it is, but somewhere within the first twenty minutes of Back to the Future when Doc wakes Marty up by calling & ask him to pick up his camera, what does Marty begin to eat?
Question: After the scene Ellis was killed in McClane talks to Powell and stands up. After which he meets Hans at the roof, why did he go to the roof at the time?
Chosen answer: McClane had gone to the roof where he could get better transmitter reception when he made the emergency call to police. Hans, meanwhile, had gone to the top floor to inspect the work that was being done to wire the roof with explosives. McClane ran into Hans on his way back down.
Question: Level Three: After completing The Flying Dutchman's mission, you then have to go find Sandy in Goo Lagoon. Can someone give me the directions to Sandy?
Chosen answer: Start at the entrance to Goo Lagoon. Keep walking horizontally (don't turn around). Then jump on the floating wheel above the later about a couple meters later. After jumping the floating wheel, walk until you get to a Summon Sea Creatures super power pad. Activate the pad and the sea creatures will be summoned. Jump on the clams and make your way to the higher ground. Keep walking and try to avoid the giant muscular zombie about 4-5 meters after jumping on the higher ground. Turn left onto another road and keep walking until you get to another higher ground level. Cross the higher ground and keep walking horizontally. Jump onto another higher ground level and cross that. Keep on walking until you get to a Super Strength super power pad and Waterball power pad. Active the Super Strength power pad and pick up a box (keep on going to the left of the Super Strength pad). Bring that box over to a higher ground level to the right of the Waterball pad. Jump on that higher ground and keep walking towards a Super Strength pad. Try and take out the massive whale guy first. Use the pad to pick up a box to the left of the pad and take it to the higher ground level to the right of the pad. Jump on the box and rise onto the higher ground. Before doing that, activate the Waterball pad and take it with you to the higher ground level. Angle the Waterball and shoot it at the mast. This will deflect it to the Barrier opener directly below it. Go back and walk through the Barrier and keep walking. Stop at a Summon Sea Creatures pad. Activate it, walk up the stairs and cross the clams. Keep walking and you will reach Sandy soon enough.
Question: One place is Rock Bottom. Can someone tell when did that appear in the SpongeBob series?
Chosen answer: Rock Bottom was featured in the episode "Rock Bottom".
Question: One of the locations is The Kelp Forest. What episode did that appear in?
Chosen answer: The Kelp Forest was shown in the episode "Club SpongeBob".
Question: One of the locations is The Industrial Park. What episode did that appear in?
Chosen answer: The Industrial Park appeared in the episode "Pre-Hibernation Week" as one of SpongeBob and Sandy's "bike rides through the park".
Question: After passing the Bouncer, when Constantine first enters Papa's Lounge, what type of entity is inside the "sack", apparently being picked apart and eaten alive?
Answer: A pig, you can hear it squealing better in the deleted scenes without the background music of the club.
Question: How could surgeons remove the shrapnel from Tony's chest when they were unable to before?
Answer: Advances in technology. Throughout the film series, we've seen improvements being made to technology, so it's entirely reasonable, particularly with Stark turning his considerable intellect towards the medical field in order to remove the Extremis infestation from Pepper, that he could have determined a safe method of finally removing the shrapnel.
Question: At the end Peter dumps Gwen so she'd be safe. But wouldn't a keen super villain notice that they dated for a bit and capture Gwen?
Chosen answer: Any supervillain would have to (a) work out that Peter Parker was Spider-Man, (b) learn that he once dated Gwen and (c) make the assumption that he still cared about her. Yes, this is still conceivably possible, so, true, she's not absolutely safe. On the other hand, if they continue to date, then points (b) and (c) become rather obvious, making her an almost certain target. Breaking up with her minimises the risk.
Question: What happens to the Natives? After the first contact with Denham & Co and the sacrifice of Ann they make no further contact with the group, even when the group are inside their village at various points after this.
Answer: They scared them off with their guns. In the scene where they capture Ann to sacrifice her to Kong, Denham and his men come to rescue her and when they start shooting the natives hide. It's never fully explained but the most likely answer is that they are too scared and have even moved villages or are just hiding really well.
Question: In the scene of Mother Gothel stabbing Eugene, is it possible for him to die that fast from that wound?
Answer: All she had to do was nick the right blood vessel, and he could have died much sooner. So, yes, it's possible for him to have died that fast. We have to assume the lack of blood was just Disney toning things down and not representative of the actual severity of the wound. If appearances counted for anything at all in the world of Disney, there'd be no such thing as a mortal wound.
Question: Is this the last movie to be shot, edited and finished on film?
Answer: It's a bit difficult to find out this sort of information as not all films released disclose what they use to edit on. Michael Kahn is perhaps the most famous editor around to edit on flatbed machines and switched to digital editing for time constraints. Many film schools still teach and use flatbed editing so you may still see short films edited on film, just not feature length movies for a variety of reasons.
Question: If Amelia can remember the people in 'flesh and stone' when they stepped into the 'W' crack, how come she can't remember Rory after he is taken at the end of this episode?
Chosen answer: The Doctor said Amy remembered the clerics because they weren't part of her life, but Rory was. That's why the clerics forgot about the other clerics, because they are part of each other's lives. So you can still remember people being erased from time if they are not part of your life.
Question: It is stated that Maximus from "Tangled" briefly appears somewhere in the movie. Can someone please point out which scene he can be found in? I also know where the dinosaur from "Meet the Robinsons" appears. If there are any other characters from some of the previous Disney animated films who make brief appearances, can someone please identify where to find them? (01:41:00)
Answer: When Ralph and the other bad guys enter Game central station. The camera pans out, to the lower left corner there is Maximus and in the upper left corner you can see the dinosaur. If you still can't see it, there is an intermission mode on the DVD that will allow Chris Hardwicke to explain this and other interesting things about the movie.
Question: Question regarding the search for Annie's parents: When Mr. Warbucks launches the nationwide search for Annie's parents using the best legal and investigative minds of the day, should they not have discovered that said parents died in a fire? The authorities somehow knew there was an abandoned child and where to send the parents' "junk", and Miss Hannigan was informed of the deaths. Obviously, someone knew Annie was at the orphanage and whose child she was. How did Warbucks' top notch team of private eyes miss that?
Answer: Mrs. Hannigan's box of Annie's parents' things might have the only record of her birth certificate. This is the 1930s, after all. Paper records went missing all the time.
Question: During the scene where the kids are eating in the diner and they are talking about the train crash, you can see Joe's father getting out of his police car across the street at the Auto Sales lot. I've noticed in movies that they don't usually have a major character appear in a scene without a reason, even in the background. So it makes me wonder if they cut out some interaction with Joe's father in the diner, or if this diner scene was originally intended to appear at a different point in the film, such as when Joe's father visits the car lot when the owner is complaining about things missing from his cars. I've watched my DVD many times, and I only just noticed this. Now I'm dying to know.
Answer: The explanation for the police car going into the auto dealership when Joe and friends are at the dinner is provided by J.J. Abrams in the "Commentary": "As it was originally written, you [audience] were simultaneously with the father going into the car dealership... umm... and with the kids in the diner. We ended up moving the structure around. So, it wasn't... umm. It was no longer simultaneous." Abrams said that the kids had been rehearsing at the table. Filming the auto dealership scene was finished so they went ahead and filmed the kids at the diner, too.
