The Return of the Beast: Part 1 - S1-E1

Factual error: When the Hulk jumps up and grabs on to the tail of the helicopter, he is somehow able to hang on to the tail while spinning the helicopter in a circle. Helicopters require a certain weight distribution in order to maintain stabilized flight. Someone of the Hulk's size and strength wouldn't be able to just hang on to the tail and spin the helicopter. He instead would bring the helicopter crashing down.

The Return of the Beast: Part 1 - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Banner is strapped to the chair and trying to resist transforming into the Hulk, the extent to how much he has transformed varies. Some shots will show his hands and head becoming larger, and the next shot will show him to instantly be back to normal proportions.

Me and Mr. Joad - S2-E4

Mr. Feeny: You know, you seem amused by this display of defiance, Mr. Turner.
Mr. Turner: Oh, I am, I gotta say. 'Cause if I had done to me what I did to them, then I'd have done the same thing to me that they did.
Mr. Feeny: Go to the board and diagram that sentence.

Common mistakes

Factual error: Most ventilation ducts are not large enough for a person to crawl around in, and any duct large enough for an adult to fit in wouldn't be able to support the person's weight. In the rare event that a company could afford a large ventilation system that could support a person's weight, they would likely forgo it anyway, as it would pose a security risk.
