Continuity mistake: In Lisa's music class, there is a wide shot of the entire class. Üter sits next to Milhouse Van Houten in this shot. However, in the next shot, it's Ralph Wiggum. In a following shot of the entire class, it's Üter again. They both replace each other in the same seat.

Continuity mistake: When Homer is freaking out and starting to hallucinate after eating a few peppers, Jasper is behind a tent stall when Homer is running away from Ned Flanders, but just seconds later when Homer falls to the floor, Jasper is in front of Homer. (00:08:05)
A Midsummer's Nice Dream - S22-E16
Continuity mistake: The seating arrangements during the Cheech and Chong show keep changing between shots. Smithers is first seen sitting between Patty and Luigi, then he is between Louie and Legs, and then he is between Patty and Luigi again, then finally, he is sitting next to Mr Burns. And Miss Hoover is at first two rows in front of the Simpsons, then she is a row behind them when Homer is going to the stage.
Continuity mistake: At one point when Homer is giving his speech in front of the Jebediah Springfield statue, Carl's skin is yellow. In all other shots he is back to his normal color.
Continuity mistake: At one point, while everyone is clapping for Homer during the debate in The Town hall, Apu is seen with yellow skin, and Chief Wiggum is seen with black hair among the townspeople. In all other shots, they're back to their normal skin and hair color.
Grade School Confidential - S8-E19
Continuity mistake: Edna Krabappel's name on the envelope is misspelled as "Enda" when Bart is opening and reading the letter, but is spelled correctly when viewed in close-up.
Scenes From a Class Struggle in Springfield - S7-E14
Revealing mistake: When Lisa is first shown riding the horse, the horse's eye is colored solid red.
Continuity mistake: When Moe tries to convince Dr Hibbert that Moe's is a family restaurant, Carl's skin is yellow.
I'm Goin' to Praiseland - S12-E19
Continuity mistake: When the citizens are leaving the park in disappointment, Manjula walks past the screen and has yellow skin, light brown hair and is wearing a blue dress. In the next shot she is back to her normal skin color and is wearing her usual pink dress.
Revealing mistake: During Skinner's speech to the students in the school cafeteria, two Allison Taylors are seen sitting on different sides of the cafeteria.
Continuity mistake: When Homer arrives at the Van Houten house for Milhouse's party, Janey is among those at the entrance and she appears with yellow skin twice.
Revealing mistake: When everyone is in Ned's shelter, the woman in the top left hand corner with brown hair and brown skin briefly has 2 pupils in each eye.
Other mistake: While Kent Brockman says "This reporter smells another local Emmy" after he gets back into his van, his face is drawn incorrectly.
Grandpa vs. Sexual Inadequacy - S6-E10
Continuity mistake: In one scene in Bart's treehouse, Wendell's skin is yellow, rather than its usual white color.
Continuity mistake: When Roger Meyers throws his nameplate at the writer the second time, the animation is repeated from when he threw it at him earlier. It's more obvious because his mouth doesn't match what he's saying and the background is orange instead of purple like the rest of the scene.
Brother From the Same Planet - S4-E14
Revealing mistake: The shot of Homer saying "Marge, when kids say bad these days, they mean good. And to shake your booty means to wiggle one's butt" is recycled from the opening scene from Life on the Fast Lane. Notice the animation is of a much lower standard than the rest of the episode.
Marge vs. the Monorail - S4-E12
Continuity mistake: Doctor Hibbert was among the passengers on the monorail on the first ride, but he is seen with a pair of conjoined twins in his office soon after.
Revealing mistake: When Homer points at the donut guy, his right shirt cuff is colored yellow. (00:12:50)
Revealing mistake: Krusty's nose flashes white for a split second during his song for the winner of the Little Miss Springfield pageant. (00:15:06)
Tree House of Horror III: The Simpson's Halloween Special III - S4-E5
Audio problem: In "Clown Without Pity" when Homer yells "The doll is trying to kill me, and the toaster's been laughing at me!" his mouth doesn't move. (00:06:45)
