Continuity mistake: When Russ Cargill holds up the tank with the mutated squirrel to the eye security system on the wall, there is a square piece under the handle to secure it to the top. However, when Cargill holds the tank up to the President that square has vanished and it's just the handle. Then when the President is face-to-face with it, a bar has appeared between the two sides of the handle. (00:24:50)

Continuity mistake: During the town hall meeting, Mayor Quimby's podium has a recessed panel at the front which vanishes when he asks who's in favor of a new scissor lift platform. (00:19:50)

Continuity mistake: When Homer walks into the kitchen to show Marge his new Simpson addition, we can see the shelving unit under the window in the den that has a single spindle and finial from the top to middle shelf, with two blue books lying on their sides, but in the closeup of the pig's tail now there are two spindles and two finials, with a red book that's upright. Continuity mistake: When Marge looks at the magnetic words "a thousand eyes" on the fridge and asks Grampa about it, other than the highchair Maggie's sitting in, there are two chairs around the kitchen table - one Grampa's sitting on and one empty chair, but in the next shot as Homer introduces the newest Simpson there are now three chairs - Grampa's chair and two empties, the one beside Marge appeared out of nowhere. Continuity mistake: When Homer brings his pet pig home to meet Marge, they enter the kitchen and the roll of paper towels is hanging under the cabinet near the window, but in the closeup when he and the pig share a carrot the paper towel roll and its holder have both vanished, and then they reappear. A cutting board suddenly appears on the counter as well. (00:15:30)

Continuity mistake: At the town hall meeting, when Lenny says, "It's not so bad," there's a single head light fixture on the wall near the balcony, but when Moe shouts, "This is why we should hate kids," there's a double head fixture on the wall, and yet in the first overhead shot of the meeting there's no fixture at all in that space. Continuity mistake: While Trapper and Hawkeye are lying on their cots, one by one everyone joins them in the Swamp, and in Trapper's closeups the "USA sterilized" that's printed on his pillow is upside down, but in the wideshots his pillow's flipped over with the print right-side up.

Good-Bye Radar: Part 1 - S8-E4
Visible crew/equipment: When Radar arrives back at camp the Korean driver fixes Radar's stiff neck, and just as Radar gives him the money and we hear people cheer that Radar's back, the shadow of the boom mic can be seen on the ground at the bottom left side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: After the book knocks over the AA meeting's coffee machine, when the group of people run out of the church, the ground in front of its doors is flat and leads straight to the walkway. Additionally, there is a second large area of grass between the sidewalk and the street, and the large cross at the front is gone. However, in previous and following shots there are stairs at the front of the church, and the area of grass only between the church and sidewalk/street.

Continuity mistake: After Lou chains Bart to the pole with his cuffs, the next shot shows he has a new pair, when he didn't in the last shot. (00:12:20)

Continuity mistake: When Bart falls off the roof and grabs hold of the rain gutter, it's one continuous seamless piece of trough material, but in the following shots that gutter consists of a few connected sections. (00:08:05)

Continuity mistake: When Marge gets into the car and tucks the wedding video into her hair, the rearview mirror is attached to the roof of the car, but as the mob carries the car to the backyard the rearview mirror is now attached to the windshield.

Continuity mistake: After Marge shouts into the megaphone for the bomb to be thrown, it cuts to Homer and Bart while they're riding sideways on the motorcycle, and the bomb's under Bart's left arm while he's holding onto Homer with his right hand, but in the following shots the bomb's under Bart's right arm while he's holding Homer with his left hand.

Visible crew/equipment: After Radar tells Colonel Potter that he decided to go home after all it cuts to Hawkeye walking into the office, and just as Hawkeye opens the door we can see the top of the set.

Visible crew/equipment: When Williamson and Hawkeye walk into the Swamp and stand near BJ's cot, the edge of the tent set can be seen at the top, left side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: When Henry, Trapper, and Hawkeye get into the jeep with Radar notice the style of jeep and its number is 16930382, but when they're driving to the chopper pad the style differs - things such as hood, antenna, etc, and its number is 11172419. Then when the chopper takes off the jeep's style is back to the original jeep they were in.

Visible crew/equipment: After Henry meets with Colonel Blanche, the Luxembourg Commander, it cuts to Hawkeye in the Swamp continuing his recording to his father, and when Trapper describes his recipe for the dry martini we can see the open edge of the tent set and a spotlight at the top left corner of the screen.

Continuity mistake: When Father Mulcahy's finishing up his Sunday service with only Klinger, who's wearing a fetching red hat, there are nine stacked books at the corner of the table, but when it cuts to Mulcahy's closeup there are now only six stacked books (which will soon be used for the 11:00 Protestant service when Trapper and Hawkeye will pray for booze).

Visible crew/equipment: When Margaret's in her tent reading just as Hawkeye walks in to give her the physical, the chalk T-mark can be seen on the floor.

Continuity mistake: After Iron Guts Kelly dies in Margaret's tent, Frank Burns visits Margaret, suspecting something. Frank asks why there is a general's star on her cot. In the ensuing 'back and forth' dialogue, Margaret's hair goes (in close ups) from nicely combed, to frazzled, back to nicely combed again (and in a different light).
