Corrected entry: When Picard is first stripped in the office, there is damage on his left chest. Later, Picard looks down at the damage, as if noticing it for the first time. Damage that bad would have been known after it was done.

Correction: He's drinking out of a paper cup, not a coffee mug. But he has plenty of time to set it down or toss it when he's off camera as the two cheerleaders are approaching them.

Corrected entry: At the mutant lab while Angel Dust is drowning Wade into the bathtub, she does with her right hand twice, then in the next shot with her left.
Correction: It's a montage scene and he's being dunked in the goo multiple times. The first time we also see him on his back so his face goes in last, but when he's pulled out, he's on his stomach and he's facing the goo.

Corrected entry: When John Smith is in the elevator, he has apparently switched the cameras in them. When the elevator which he is not in falls, the TV monitor he has been on goes fuzzy. Afterwards, he unhooks the camera from the elevator and a 'no signal' alert appears on a different monitor than that which he had been on initially.

Corrected entry: A TV executive says that, if "The Adventures of Superman" is picked up for a second season, it will start filming in color. That show wasn't shot in color until season three.
Correction: There's two times filming in color is mentioned, neither mention the fact they will start filming in color. Art tells George that Kellogg's ordered more episodes and only says that they want to film in color (but doesn't say when and doesn't say they will start to film in color). Prior to that, the discussion of filming is color is brought up when George is putting on a grey Superman suit, but the only thing said about it is if it's picked up then maybe they'll film in color.

Corrected entry: Garth, shape-shifted as Spock, applies the Vulcan nerve pinch to Marta. Since Garth can only imitate the physical appearance of someone and not that person's life experience, Garth would have no knowledge of the Vulcan nerve pinch. The same could be said of when Garth shape shifts into Kirk - if Garth had Kirk's knowledge, he would have known the counter sign that Scotty used to challenge him for the beam up.
Correction: Garth, prior to being able to shape-shift and going insane, was a well respected Starfleet Captain and skilled tactician. In fact, he was required reading at the academy. Captain Garth would no doubt have extensive knowledge of Vulcans and the Vulcan nerve pinch, including learning how to do it.

Corrected entry: When Peg gets into her car, she adjusts the side view mirror. The mirror is mounted inside a one-piece housing, meaning the outside housing can't be moved. When the camera does a close up on her hand to look in the mirror, she moves the whole mirror, meaning that there were two mirror set ups used.
Correction: The mirrors are not in a housing, they are manually adjustable mirrors standard on AMC Gremlins.

Corrected entry: After their first encounter with the Winter Soldier, Captain America and the rest of his group are taken prisoner and placed in the back of an armoured truck. With the help of Maria Hill they escape through the floor, but they are in a convoy of 4 trucks and they are in number 2, so the other following trucks would have seen them escaping.
Correction: Since they escaped through the floor, and given how low the trucks were, they wouldn't have been seen by the people behind them, especially if they were close behind. And the windows were dark enough tint that they couldn't have seen inside from the other truck either.

Corrected entry: During the battle with Wesker, at one point, Claire fires her pistol four times in a rapid succession. Problem is that this is too rapid, especially the middle two. Even if you could find a way to pull the trigger that fast, the pistol can't kick back, pick up a new bullet, recock, and be fired again that fast. (01:22:45)
Correction: The rate of fire for semi-automatic pistols is essentially how fast you can pull the trigger because the gun is able to load the next round before you release the trigger. If you ever watch speed shooting you'll know Claire could fire this fast. One expert was able to fire 26 rounds in 3.7 seconds from a semi-auto pistol (which means 4 round were fired in less than.62 seconds).

Correction: There is nothing to indicate it is too big for Hyde. From what I saw, it's the same size hat we see Hyde wearing.

Corrected entry: When the Nautilus leaves London, before it goes under water, the actors are all standing on deck. In the shot where Mrs Harker is talking to Dorian there are chairs on deck (which is quite remarkable for a submarine). When everybody goes inside because the submarine is about to dive, the chairs are gone. (00:39:00 - 00:40:25)
Correction: The chairs we see are where Dorian is standing. The next shots we see of Nemo having Jekyll and Skinner go inside are from a different part of the deck, where there are no chairs.

Corrected entry: In 1986, Jim Ferguson hands William Raymond the film that Biggles took in 1917 and when he and Biggles return the next day the film has been developed and has even had computer enhancement. Given the technology of the mid 80's, I simply find it hard to believe that the film could have been developed that quickly (even today, it would still take longer than one night).
Correction: Minilabs, which can develop film in less than an hour, were available in the late 70's. By the mid-80's many stores offered one-hour photo. The reason it took overnight (or longer) for film to be developed during the 80's was because the processing labs were off-site and the film had to be delivered, processed (with thousands of other orders), then delivered back. So actually developing the film doesn't take a whole day.

Corrected entry: During the ceremony scene at the end of the movie when they are presenting the medal to Brian Davis Jr, they never mention his father's name or even his name. The only name that is mentioned is his civilian director.
Correction: The point of not saying his name was to build suspense for the recruits and those gathered there. The fact that he gives it to Davis Jr. makes it clear who the soldier is, so there was no need to say his name (it also built some suspense for the film audience, even though it was already clear whom they were talking about.) However, after presenting him with the Silver Star, we don't see the rest of the ceremony and therefore it's possibly they say Brian Davis Sr.'s name.

Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (2014)
Corrected entry: While the film revolves around Ryan, and without him there's no story, he takes part in the operation to stop the terrorist attack, even though, as an operative of the CIA, its charter prohibits him from operating within the United States.
Correction: Incorrect, the CIA can and does operate in the US. The CIA is permitted to act within the US to address the specific areas of foreign intelligence, counter-intelligence, and terrorism (which is exactly what they were working on). They don't operate in the US in regards to domestic threats, which is FBI jurisdiction, although they can give aid if needed. See E.O. 13470. (Specifically section 1.7).

Star Trek Into Darkness (2013)
Corrected entry: Khan and his 72 counterparts were all a breed of the same genetic engineering. Why would McCoy remove the guy from the cryotube to keep him in a coma so Kirk's body could be saved for Khan's blood? The other 72 super humans were identical to Khan. No need to save Khan for his blood when there were 72 other donors right there in sickbay.
Correction: Dr. McCoy had only tested Khan's blood and he wouldn't have known if any other Augments' blood would have worked. Testing their blood would take too long, but he still needed a backup plan. But the surest way of saving Kirk was with Khan's blood. Details of this are explained in the novelization of the film, but even without this explanation, there's no plot hole. It should also be pointed out that Spock was the one who convinced Kirk not to kill Harrison, so logically he shouldn't have wanted to kill Khan, just emotionally as Kirk had wanted to.
