Continuity mistake: The first night the ghosts come out of the TV, before Carol Ann wakes up, there's a pillow on the background laying on the floor by a basket. When she walks towards the TV the pillow is standing upright by the basket.

Continuity mistake: When Robbie leaves in a taxi, in the close-up Steve is massaging Diane, in the wide angle he is just standing behind. This keeps swapping back and forth.

Continuity mistake: When Carol Ann is about to be abducted, sometimes she is suspended horizontally over the bed, others diagonally.

Continuity mistake: Lindsay falls down on the playing field and covers her dark jacket with sand. When she stands up, the jacket is without any sand at all.

Continuity mistake: When Robbie is trapped by the tree and Carol Ann is about to be abducted, his bed cover keeps changing back and forth from messy to perfectly folded.

Continuity mistake: After the chair moves, Steve is in awe, his left hand on the counter. A frame later, on the close-up shot, it's on his thigh.

Continuity mistake: When the volcano erupts, the village's main tower keeps swapping form lit to unlit between shots.

Continuity mistake: In the pool, Diane is surrounded by at least 4 bodies floating together; however, when she grabs the hose to climb up, half a second later, the overview of the pool shows just 2 bodies quite a distance each away from each other. In the next close-up, the 4 bodies reappear.

Continuity mistake: When Superman is being buried in the moon, the flag pole behind disappears between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Diane falls in the pool, the distance to the floating corpse on the left increases or decreases randomly depending on the shot.

Continuity mistake: At the hotel room, Clark and Lois are watching the city skyline. From their POV the city is New York/Metropolis, but behind them is a glass door which reflects the real city, which is completely different.

Continuity mistake: In the barn, the vest is folded in such a way that the sleeve-hole is hidden. However, in the close-up of Carl hiding the glass the hole is perfectly visible. Then it swaps to the previous angle.
