Continuity: When Jon Favreau talks on the phone for the first time, there is an answering machine next to it. Then when we see the phone system again the answering machine is gone. Then Jon walks into the next room and when he walks back the whole phone system is gone.

Continuity: Near the end, during the scene where Vince Vaughn is standing on the table at the pancake house, the camera cuts to John, and you can see Vince in the windows, with his shirt off, swinging it over his head. The camera cuts back to Vince, and his shirt is still on, THEN he takes it off & swings it around.

Continuity: John Favreau walks Heather Graham to her car, and a motorcycle is parked behind him in the street (he even jokes about it being his). At the end of the scene when she drives away, it's gone.

Continuity: During the hysterical Sega hockey scene, watch the score and time remaining in the game as they show the TV. The score goes from 9-5, to 3-1, to 8-5 all in the same continuous game.

Continuity: Check out the scene with Mikey and T in Vegas ordering breakfast. In the medium and long shots they toke on some big cigars creating a good amount of smoke - on the tighter shots there's no cigars and no smoke.

Continuity: At the end when Trent and Mike are sitting eating breakfast and Trent thinks a girl is flirting with him. He picks up a napkin to play peek-a-boo. When we switch to the shot of the girl his hands are holding nothing. Then we go back to the shot of him his napkin is there again.

Continuity: Toward the end when Mike is pinning the card with Lorraine's number to the calendar, he pins it on a Saturday and starts to draw a red X through Wednesday, leaving two blank days between. Switch to a close-up shot and he's penning the X with one blank day until the card. Switch back to the long shot and you can again see two days between the X and the card.

Continuity: In the scene where Ron goes into Mike's house after calling Nikki, Ron sits on a chair in front of Mike. In the frontal shots, Ron sits with his legs crossed. In the shots from behind, he sits with his legs apart. There's not time between shots for Ron to cross and uncross his legs.

Continuity: After Vegas and after Trent relieves himself and gets back in car, the behind shot of Mikes arm changes from up on the seat back to down by his side, then back up on the seat back. In the front shot his arm never moves.

Continuity: When Mike (Jon Favreau) is gambling, and Trent (Vince Vaughn) is telling him to double-down, the camera focuses on his cards.  His initial bet is $100, and to double-down will mean a $200 bet. Before he has decided to do this, the camera shows two chips, representing a $200 bet.

Continuity: Lorraine's drink changes from colourless to red as Mike is walking around the bar to talk to her.

Continuity: In the first blackjack game, Mike is dealt a 6 then a 5. The position of the 5 on the 6 changes between shots.

Continuity: The scene where the guys go into the swingers bar. By jumping the queue, they go through the back entrance through the kitchen.  As they go up the stairs, the shadow of the cameraman is also seen following the group.

Continuity: In the scene where Mike and Trent arrive in Las Vegas, they pull their car into the Stardust, which is located on the strip, hand the keys over to the valet and walk into the casino. The next shot shows Mike and Trent in the casino, only they are now inside the Fremont which is located downtown. You can tell they are at the Fremont while Mike and T are at the blackjack table. Fremont is spelled across the felt and when the dealer flips his hole card, his top card reads Fremont Casino.

Continuity: When Mike is getting Nikki's phone number and the other guys are watching, there is a glass of whiskey on their table. Towards the end of the sequence, it fills up and moves onto a napkin.

Continuity: In the scene at the Pancake House after Mike meets Loraine, the waitress removes the orange juices and plates twice in different angle shots.

Continuity: During the scene when Mike sits down at the high stakes table, his tie is tucked inside of his jacket. After the shot goes from Trent back to Mike, his tie is draped on the table.

Visible crew/equipment: When the guys are sitting around the table playing cards and the camera is circling them, C-stands and flags are visible in the background.

Continuity: After Mike and Trent leave Vegas the next morning, they pull to the side of the road so that Trent can "relieve" himself. On the car and on the ground to the left of Trent, you can see the shadow of a crew member. [Only visible in pan & scan version].

Visible crew/equipment: When Mike is on the phone with his ex at the end, a C-stand is visible in the background for quite a while.
