A boom mike appears from the bottom of the frame for a few moments during a scene in the Hollywood Hills party when Mike and his friend Rob look at a woman who passes by them and say, "There's so many beautiful women here"... [This does not happen on the DVD. Must have been in the theater, which would have been the theater's mistake.]

Quotes
Mike: So how long do I wait to call?
Trent: A day.
Mike: Tomorrow.
Sue: Tomorrow, then a day.
Trent: Yeah.
Mike: So two days?
Trent: Yeah, I guess you could call it that, two days.
Sue: Definitely, two days is like industry standard.
Trent: You know I used to wait two days to call anybody, but now it's like everyone in town waits two days. So I think three days is kind of money. What do you think?
Sue: Yeah, but two's enough not to look anxious.
Trent: But I think three days is kind of money. You know because you...
Mike: Yeah, but you know what, mabey I'll wait 3 weeks. How's that? And tell her I was cleaning out my wallet and I just happened to run into her number.
Charles: Then ask her where you met her.
Mike: Yeah, I'll ask her where I met her. I don't remember. What does she look like? And then I'll asked if we fucked. Is that... would that be... T, would that be the money?
Trent: You know what. Ha ha ha Mike, laugh all you want but if you call too soon you might scare off a nice baby who's ready to party.
Mike: Well how long are you guys gonna wait to call your babies?
Trent, Sue: Six days.
Mistakes
When Mike (Jon Favreau) is gambling, and Trent (Vince Vaughn) is telling him to double-down, the camera focuses on his cards. His initial bet is $100, and to double-down will mean a $200 bet. Before he has decided to do this, the camera shows two chips, representing a $200 bet. See more...
Trivia
The guy sitting at the $100 table is Vince Vaughn's father and the old lady who wins Black Jack is Jon Favreau's grandmother. See more...

Comments made in brackets are corrections from other visitors. As such, any aggressive/abusive corrections (and I get quite a few) written as if they're comments I've made myself will be ignored. To submit your own corrections for mistakes, just click the edit icon under an entry, then choose "correct entry". Some entries have "duplicated entry" after them - these are entries which were already listed on the main page, but were submitted again. I occasionally leave these online for a while, just in case they were moved in error, so don't worry about pointing them out to me.

When Mikey and Trent are driving to Vegas, the top on the convertible is up. They stop at a gas station and the top is down. They get back on the road and the top is up again. [This is not a continuous scene. The shots jump from when they're on the road, then in the gas station, then back on the road. We don't see them pull in and out of the gas station. That gives them enough time to put the top down and up between shots.]
In the scene where T and Sue are playing hockey, T yells, "Chelios deals to Roenick, he shoots, he scores." When the television is shown, however, the assist is credited to #28 Steve Larmer instead of #7 Chris Chelios. [Trent acutally says "Chelios STEALS, to Roenick..." so it is entirely possible that Chelios would not get credit for an assist (if Chelios poke-checked the puck away for example and it ended up on Larmer's stick, who then, passed to Roenick.).]
In the beginning of the movie, when Mike is talking to Trent on the phone, and Trent is trying to convince Mike to go out, he says he has a callback for a pilot at nine the next morning. Later, they go to Vegas and don't leave until it is daytime. There's no way he gets back to L.A. before 9. Seeing as he's a struggling actor in the movie, missing his callback seems like a bad idea. [He tells Mike he has a call-back at 9 so that Mike thinks it'll be a quick trip, not an all-nighter.]
When Mike and Trent are given the $100 chips, the dealer places them on the table just in front of the chip holder. In the next shot, they appear right in front of Mike, without the dealer giving him the chips. [Just as Mike begins to say "Do you have anything smaller" you can hear the 'chink' of them being moved.]
