Mistakes
In the opening narration, John Connor says that he was attacked by the T-1000 when he was 13 years old. This is wrong. In Terminator 2, we see that John Connor is only 10 years old, as shown on the police computer when the T-1000 accesses it. See more...
Trivia
Dr. Silberman, the psychiatrist from the first two movies, makes a cameo appearance in "The Rise of the Machines" and makes some comments about seeing "crazy stuff" when in a hostage situation. This is an homage to an un-filmed scene from "Judgement Day" (1991) which featured Dr. Silberman being taken away in a straight-jacket after the T-1000 attack at the hospital. See more...

Other: When the Terminator scans the doorman at the bar, a display comes up categorizing each piece of the doorman's clothing. The word "briefs" is misspelled "breifs".
