Character mistake: At the party, Jeff is talking to Ted about his parents' divorce, which included a custody hearing. Jeff mentions the divorce lawyer drove a Mercedes SLK. However, the SLK didn't come out until 1996, which would make Jeff at least 21 (turning 22) at the time of the divorce (he was born Nov 1974). There would have been no need for a custody hearing (Jeff was an only child between his mom and dad) and his parents divorced when he was very young, so the divorce had to happen prior to 1996.
Trivia: Near the end Pierce suggests turning #OldWhiteManSays, which has 600,000 twitter followers, into a TV show. He says "how about Old White Man Says..." (where he non-verbally implies a curse word) and everyone replies, no one would watch it. This episode aired the same day as the TV show "S#*! My Dad Says", which is based on a real twitter account posting crazy things someone's old, white dad says. "S#*! My Dad Says" was cancelled after only 18 episodes while "Community" ended up airing 84 more episodes.

In the next shot of Abed, the chicken is back.
Continuity mistake: When Jeff and Abed are talking in his room, the amount of the root beer float in Abed's glass changes. Especially noticeable is when Jeff leaves, the float goes from near the top and above his fingers to a couple fingers below.
Continuity mistake: When Shirley and Annie chase Jeff, they're wearing their seat belts. In one shot you see Annie doesn't have her seat belt on, but in the next shot it's back on.
Continuity mistake: After the pottery class scene, in the Spanish classroom, when Britta and Jeff are talking, his right arm is across the desk. Trivia: Troy says he's Jehovah's Witness. In real life, actor Donald Glover was raised as a Jehovah's Witness. Annie says she's Jewish. In real life, actress Allison Brie's mother is Jewish, making her Jewish as well.
Continuity mistake: When Jeff goes into Ian's office and sits down, he puts his book down so the spine is facing the viewer's right and puts his drink on top of it. Later, without touching the book, it is rotated 90°.
Continuity mistake: When Amy is making the announcement and tells Marcus to go to hell, she slams the microphone down. When the customer says it's hot, Amy responds and throws her empty hands up. In the next shot her arms are down and in the following shot she's holding the microphone without ever having a chance to pick it up.

Stupidity: Farnsworth tells Charnquist they've been compromised by a girl listening in on their phone calls and that Charnquist needs to take care of it. He is able to identify the girl, elude FBI, tries to burn his apartment down, is able to gains access to Maggie's apartment and knock out Aram in order to kidnap Maggie. He's a killer who works for someone who has arranged dozen of murders, and knows "take care of her" means kill her. There is absolutely no reason for Charnquist not to have just killed Maggie, Aram, and Fiona. He had opportunity and he ends up killing 3 cops in order to kidnap her and kidnapping Maggie would not have solved anything.
Continuity mistake: When Riggs and Palmer fall through the roof and onto the bed, the debris under them changes. In the final shot there's a huge piece of the ceiling in between and under them that wasn't in the previous shots.
