Other mistake: Intro Mission 2: After Reed hacks a security drone to help him, it rushes over to open a locked door. It goes through the motions of punching in keys on a pad to open it. But if you look, he is using the animation of just punching, and he is punching the air to make the door open. His hand is not even close to the control pad, about a foot and a half from it even.

Other mistake: Intro Mission 2, 3 & 4: Most of the destructible objects you can jump over and on. Except for some reason the bed. The beds in the hospital have an invisible wall around them preventing you from jumping over or on them. Yet once you destroy the bed, you can go through that spot no problem. Ben in Intro Mission 5 is the exception to this rule, destroying the bed as he jumps on it.

Other mistake: Intro Mission 2: When the flying torsos of the security bots go to the pods to connect with arms and legs, they go in and turn around as their limbs begin connecting. The metal tentacles on them just instantly vanish in a jerky animation.

Other mistake: Intro Mission 1: In the opening cinema cut scene as Doom tells Ben that their futures are all depending on him, Reed is in the background typing on a computer. He begins putting his right arm down towards his side with a bent elbow. Half way down his arm suddenly jumps to being almost all the way down in a jerky, glitchy animation.

Other mistake: Intro Mission 1: Once the characters get their powers, pressing Z uses up their "Cosmic." Cosmic is the blue bar underneath the green health bar. On Mission 1 of the Intro level, it is before the cosmic cloud hits the station, thus none of them have any powers or cosmic yet. However, you are controlling Ben in a space suit out on the space station, and he has a blue bar of cosmic below his health. If you hold down Z, you see the Cosmic begin dropping from 100 and the blue bar move.

Other mistake: After the Seeker says she is confident they will find Jared Howe, Melanie regains some control over her body and causes Wanderer to attack the Seeker. Seeker pins her to a tree and sprays her in the face to knock her out, as which point Wanderer falls to the side out cold. When the camera changes and pulls back, her body is in the wrong position against the tree to have fallen the way she did. The tree is close to her center with her legs out to the right of it and her torso to the left. But the way she fell, all of her should be to the left of the tree except her feet being right at it. Other mistake: Brooklyn Missions 1&2: When a fire escape is broken and collapses to the ground, it kills any enemies on or under it, and hurts any of the Fantastic 4 in its path unless they, like Ben, bring it down. Yet any civilian walking by, even being right under it when it falls, is completely unscathed.

Other mistake: CJ can order his gang members to attack a cop, and the cop won't do anything, except sometimes run away. They can shoot at, hit, and knife the cops, with any retaliation being rare. But all CJ has to do during the attack is point a gun in the cop's direction and suddenly the cop is all about trying to bust or waste CJ.

Other mistake: Just before Leon's questioning starts, Holden turns on the VK and the eye monitor censor piece flips out. There is a view from Holden's perspective showing Leon's eye in on the screen, meaning the eye piece has already zoomed in on Leon's eye. Then just after Leon says "Care if I talk?" it cuts to a side angle as he says "I'm kind of nervous when I take tests." This view shows Leon is looking towards the wall at a 90 degree angle away from the VK, meaning the view screen and eye piece could not have been seeing his eye at a frontal view as show in the previous shot. Other mistake: In Ganon's lair after he is captured, King Harkinian is standing by two Tin Suits that are guarding him. They have an X shaped red strap thing across their chest. The one on the right has his not completely drawn. The strap that meets towards the middle on the back layer towards his upper right has one of the lines not fully connecting. As the Tin Suit turns a little, it suddenly connects to be complete, but then he turns back and the line is broken again. (00:06:15)

Other mistake: In the flashback of Bruce Wayne getting killed, his mother is cradling his body and weeping. She has his blood all over her hand from touching his wound. She rakes her fingers across his shoulder and down his chest with her bloody fingers, leaving no trail of blood, but when she places that same bloody hand on her face it leaves blood all over her face and mouth. Other mistake: Cyborg confronts Batman about throwing Yo-Yo off the roof and then turns on a hologram projector in his arm to show other super heroes. There is a beam emitted from his arm generating the holographic images. We then see him turn the beam off, yet the holograms remain and they have a conversation with them. (00:17:55)

Other mistake: After completing a few tasks at Lon Lon Ranch, Link is rewarded with a dairy cow of his own. But somehow, the cow magically just appears back in his house back at Kokiri Village. His house is basically a tree house way in the air accessible just by a ladder. And the doorway is only big enough really for a small child to enter. Yet somehow a full sized cow is now in the middle of his house. And survives without any grass or water inside.

Other mistake: On the train bridge level in multiplayer, bots can see and shoot through the rails and columns of the side of the bridge as if it's not even there.

Other mistake: Charge kicks down the door of the room Rickshaw is in, and is just a few feet away from him, directly in front of Rickshaw. It makes a very loud noise as the door breaks. Yet Rickshaw does not notice at all until Charge walks in a few steps. (01:09:50)

Other mistake: When John and Jack are in the ball room, the chopper circles back and begins shooting through the building at them. It is shooting into the far right window straight forward. John and Jack get up and take off running. As they do, you can see the bullets' line of fire moving with them through the building as the chopper tries to hit them. But it cuts to an outside view and the chopper has not moved or turned yet from that spot, nor are the guns turning. It is visibly still shooting forward at the same spot. The line of fire follows Jack and John some more, but the outside view shows the chopper just then start moving to begin following their movement. (00:52:40)

Other mistake: Spryte gives Zelda a robe after Link whistles at her. As she puts it on, her long hair is down her back. The robe just passes right through it and her hair is now on the outside of the robe without her pulling it up. (00:02:00)

Other mistake: After his wife says she can get him a job with her boss, Frank steps off to the right side of the stage acting unsure of it due to his pride. When he goes there, some sort of blue light suddenly illuminates his body that was not there before.

Other mistake: If you change your class of character after you die and go back to look at your body, it will have changed to the class you are now. For example if you are playing as a Spy and get killed, then change to a Pyro and go back to where you were killed, your previous body will still be there, it will now be a Pyro.

Other mistake: If you pick up a hooker in a convertible and park, CJ and the hooker do their typical thing and the camera angle forces a low angle so you can't see in the windows as the car begins rocking and the two make sexual moans. But if you do this in a convertible, you can still see CJ and the hooker just sitting still in the front seats facing forward, not moving at all except for their mouths moving when they talk. The same can be seen if you manage the difficult task of getting a hooker in a car with the doors broken off.
