Robin Hood: Men in Tights

Visible crew/equipment: When the Sheriff of Rottingham is hanging upside-down under his horse and talking to Robin, look at the legs of the "horse": one of them has the visible joint of the knee (obvious as the light hits it when it bends) and the other doesn't look like it's actually touching the ground at all, though from the angle it looks as though the leg was intended to be seen as weight-bearing.

Visible crew/equipment: As Marion jumps off the balcony onto her horse, when she lands, you can see a pair of hands holding the horse's bridle as it moves its head. There's nobody there when they show a wider camera shot of her on the horse. (Seen in widescreen.) (01:04:10)

Continuity mistake: When Blinkin is falling out of his look-out post, he upsets the ladder. But when he hits the ground and is walking around there is no ladder.

Prince John: Oh, please have mercy on me, brother. It wasn't my fault. I got some really bad advice from Rottingham.
Crowd: [coughing] Bullshit! Bullshit!
King Richard: Brother, you have surrounded your given name with a foul stench. From this day forth, all the toilets in the kingdom shall be known as...Johns.
Prince John: NOOOOOOOOO!
King Richard: Take him away. Put him in the Tower of London. Make him part of the tour.

Question: When Abbot is walking down the aisle at the wedding, everyone says "Good morrow Abbot", but one guys says "Hey Abbot!" and Abbot says "I hate that guy!" Is this a reference to something? I never got the joke.

Carl Missouri

Chosen answer: The scene is an homage to the late, great comedy team, Abbott and Costello. Bud Abbott was the straight man and Lou Costello was the goofy laugh-getter. Part of their act was Costello getting frustrated trying to understand Abbott and yelling "hey Abbott" at him.
