Thorpe Park - S1-E3
Factual error: The same number plate can be seen on two different vehicles in this episode. The registration M483LTH can be seen on the hearse and then on Simon's car when parking. No two vehicles in the UK will ever share a number plate. (00:11:10 - 00:12:30)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, Odo has sent everyone affected by the telepathic matrix to a cargo bay. Sisko and O'Brien remove their com badges, throwing them aside before heading to the bay. After everyone is cured, Sisko straightens back up and, in the closeup, you can see that he has a badge on. In the next closeup, it's gone again.
Continuity mistake: When the door of Pod 1 opens after Jeff realises there is a saboteur on board, we see three vehicles in the pod and beside the Monobrake there is a red unit which has a windshield on it. However, when we see Chip appearing in the next shot, the windshield has gone.
Continuity mistake: Lois lands her plane in front of The Mad Scientist's lair early in the short. Her plane is adjacent to the door, which is white. Later as The Mad Scientist is running away before the place explodes, the door is now orange, Lois’ plane is now facing away from it, and the steps that were in front of the door are now much smaller. (00:04:45 - 00:09:35)
Continuity mistake: When Starfire asks what is the Maximum 7, her, Robin, Raven, and Beast Boy are standing together looking at Cyborg in a wide shot. Raven is slightly behind Beast Boy but to his right, and her body is facing to her left. But then it cuts to a close shot from in front of the Titans and suddenly Raven is on Beast Boy's left and right beside him, with her body facing her right. (00:03:50)
Where the Wild Kings Are - S1-E5
Visible crew/equipment: When the twins are tied up in Pupaley's cave, just as they get on their knees and beg to be let go, the hand of a crew member holding the end of the rope is visible at the right of the screen. (00:19:25)
Visible crew/equipment: When Roger's holding the twins over the railing, Cindy grabs Maura, but Roger drops Vivian, and just as he lets the little girl fall we can see both hands of a crew member at the bottom of the screen.
Continuity mistake: In the final scene, John Ross decides to drink some of the whiskey from the bottle that his father, J.R. Ewing, left for him. The bottle of whiskey is about half full, filled to just about the bottom of J.R. Ewing's signature on the bottle. As John Ross reaches for the bottle, it is now suddenly only about 1/6 full compared to the half full it was from the previous shot. The level continues to move up and down. (00:41:45)
Burning Down the House - S9-E19
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Mimi has moved into the warehouse, Drew makes a comment about the TV having surround sound - as the camera pans over him you can see a crew member in the background adjusting a light.
Visible crew/equipment: When Dianne's daughters have locked themselves alone in the room, just as Jerry is about to put the keys in the door to unlock it so they can prevent the girls from cutting their hair, the boom microphone dips into view in the room where the girls are alone. This boom mic is not from the "documentary" crew. (00:13:25)
Last Rites for a Dead Druid - S2-E52
Visible crew/equipment: After Jenny and Mildred find the statue Jenny calls for Mr. Bernstein, and when Mr. Bernstein walks into the room the white tape T-mark can be seen on the rug where he stands.
Visible crew/equipment: As Sal is leaving the apartment after Laverne breaks up with him, the backstage is visible through the open door during one shot. (00:21:25)
Continuity mistake: When Mary offers Walter the fast food bag of chicken soup, her hand disappears and reappears on the top of the bag. (00:34:40)
Continuity mistake: After Vinnie completes his lifetime of tests, Rocket proceeds to mark them and tells him that he failed some tests but that he passed his Art "with a lovely rendition of the Mona Lisa." When Rocket is seen holding up the paper and when the camera shows Vinnie sitting at the desk explaining what he actually drew, the tick on the paper is different between the 2 shots. (00:07:15)
Other mistake: Right at the start, as they're crashing, the computer narrates their rapidly-dropping altitude in feet. But the "altitude" dial we're shown is in metres. Most noticeable as they cross the 3,000 mark, when the computer voice and the height say/show the same number at the same time, despite the different units. 3,000m would be more like 9,000 feet, or 3,000 feet would be more like 1,000m. (00:03:20)
Duck/Aren't You Chupacabra to See Me? - S4-E9
Continuity mistake: Mandy is in the library working on her report. When she's working on the second page, the writing is scribble, and on top of a stack of paper. A second later, the page says "CORN by Mandy", and the stack of paper is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Adrian stamps "denied" onto Boyle's insurance claim form, there's blank spots where there wasn't enough ink on the stamp (which would happen because he had the stamp in his pocket for a while). But then when he says "denied" and holds up the form, "denied" is all filled in fully. Also, the red border is lighter and the location has shifted down.
Not in the Line of Fire - S3-E15
Continuity mistake: When the vendor throws the hotdog at the press conference, a lot of the toppings/condiments trail behind it. When the shot changes and the hotdog hits Mike, there are no condiments trailing behind it. (00:19:10)
The Night of Miguelito's Revenge - S4-E12
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the episode, as Jim West walks away from the newsstand vendor and closes the magazine, a 1967 ad for DieHard batteries ("The DieHard Fights the Common Cold") can be seen on the right-hand page of the prop magazine, in a modern sans serif font.
Continuity mistake: While trying to restart the engines after the ship is hit by the nuke's EMP, Chandler is checking the fuses while Chung is going through his checklist. There are only five visible fuses in the six available slots in the panel that Chandler is checking. After he gives the order for Chung to "give it a kick-start," the slot which previously had no fuse now does, only for it to shoot out from the start attempt.
