Continuity: 3-10 "Invictus": Diana crawls several hundred feet through a corroded, rusty pipe and comes out in Gabriel's basement without a smudge on her anywhere.

Continuity: 3-10 "Invictus": Diana crawls through the pipe, which we were told at the outset is the only underground passage and is barely large enough for her to fit through. Yet after saving Vincent, she sends him back by the same route. He's twice her size and he's carrying the rescued baby, but somehow he manages to fit through.

Revealing: 3-2 "Walk Slowly": When Vincent brings her body back to the apartment and places her on the bed, the "dead" Catherine is visibly breathing.

Plot hole: 3-11 "The Reckoning": Vincent reveals the underground kingdom to Diana for what is meant to be the first time. But she was already there twice in the previous episode, which was definitely not shown out of chronological order. She was taken below by the helpers to meet with Father, and was there again at the end when Vincent christened his son "Jacob."

Visible crew/equipment: 3-11 "The Reckoning": When Joe Maxwell walks into the staff meeting, the boom shadow sweeps across the wall at the upper right of the screen.

Continuity: When Vincent sits on the precipice over the underground cavern and talks to Father, his face is in shadow. When the camera angle changes, his face is suddenly illuminated with yellow light.

Continuity: Catherine enters the DA's office and passes his dart board. The six red and green darts lodged in the board rearrange themselves between takes. The colors are in a mixed pattern when she enters. One shot later, all the red darts are above all the green ones. When she pulls them free, they've returned to their original pattern.

Plot hole: The mob hitmen are about to enter the Sweeny family's house to kill them when the police van arrives to move them to a witness protection safe house. In the next scene, the bad guys abduct Catherine and try to force her to reveal where the Sweenies have been taken. Why? They could very easily have waited and simply followed the van.

Continuity: When Frank takes Catherine into the break room to meet his crew, two styrofoam coffee cups on the table keep moving closer together, then farther apart and back again throughout the scene.

Continuity: During the scene in the old man's apartment, a broken lamp can be seen already on the floor in the background - before the fight begins and before one of the thugs is shown throwing it there.

Continuity: Frank and Catherine drive up to the loading dock and park in front of a bright orange 18-wheeler that's being unloaded in the background. When they get out of the car in the next shot, the orange truck has instantly jumped to a spot much farther down the dock, at least 50 feet away.

Continuity: At the end, Hughes is stabbed and falls against the basement wall, touching it. When Catherine kneels down beside him a moment later, he's lying several feet away from the wall.

Continuity: When Catherine first approaches, Father is sitting on the cot leaning against the bars at the very front of the cell. In the next shot, as she walks past him, he is abruptly sitting on the other end of the bed, several feet away.

Visible crew/equipment: In the parking garage, Catherine's car captures a reflection of both the camera crew and the studio lighting panels.

Continuity: At the end, Catherine is face down on the floor as the voodoo cultist ties her hands behind her back. When the shot cuts, she's abruptly turned face up.

Continuity: When Catherine enters the precinct station, the desk sergeant places a small white file box on the counter. There's nothing else sitting next to this, but when the shot reverses, a tall black police radio with an antenna sticking up has appeared there.

Continuity: The gold coin Vincent finds on Catherine's balcony changes from one scene to the next. When he picks it up, there's a very small section of it missing on one edge. When he shows it to Father in the following scene, nearly a third of it is cut away.

Revealing: Pascal pronounces Winslow dead - but the "corpse" is still noticeably breathing.
