Many actors who have made appearances on Charmed have also made appearances in Buffy. Some are Greg Vaughn, Charlie Weber, Wade Andrew Williams, Kevin Weisman, Christopher Wiehl, Daniel Dae Kim, Michael Bailey Smith and Brian Thompson.

Lori Rom was originally cast as Phoebe but left the show after filming the pilot episode for personal reasons.

In every season finale, the front doors of the house are always closed in the last scene. In seasons one and two, Prue did this with her powers. In season three, the demon Shax closes the doors. In season four, the angel of destiny closes the doors. In season five, Chris slams these doors. Season six is the only one that differs, because the last scene is in the hospital recovery room. The recovery room doors shut automatically.

Whenever the show ends with the girls in P3, (In the Prue episodes. I'm not sure about the Paige ones) look carefully and you will see whoever played the demon they'd just vanquished somewhere in the background as an extra.

Rebecca Balding who plays Elise Rothman (the editor at Phoebe's newspaper) was first seen in Charmed playing Aunt Jackie in 'The Fourth Sister'.

During the entire show, the inside of their garage was only shown once. That's when Leo got Piper to buy him that classic car in season 8.

In 'Pardon My Past' Leo was Piper's ex in a their past lives. The year was 1924. In Exit Strategy Leo says he was born in 1924. That means he would have had to died and be reborn in the same year.

The title for this episode is a reference to the film Coyote Ugly. The film is set primarily in a bar named Coyote Ugly where the 'coyotes' dance seductively on the bar. In this episode of Charmed, Piper dances on the bar at P3. Additionally, the actress who plays the main character in Coyote Ugly is named Piper.

When Phoebe is doing the apple trick to see who her true love is and it turns into a C, she thinks at that point it is Cole. At the end of the series it turns out to be Cupid, which of course starts with a C.

After freezing Agent Jackman in his van, Piper twitches her mouth as a signal to Phoebe. This is a clever reference to Samantha of Bewitched, who was also a witch.

In the episode Saving Private Leo, the ghosts Rick and Nathan Lang are played by real life brothers Costas and Louis Mandylor.

The 'Café le Blue' seen in this episode is actually the front of the restaurant 'Quake' from season one where Piper worked. The same woman is seen walking in and out and It appears they added the sign in digitally which means they reused footage.

In this episode we see Bianca as a little girl, and she looks about 6 yrs old. If Chris isn't alive as a child yet, this means that in the future Bianca is about 6 years older than him.

Holly Marie Combs's real life pregnancy with her son Finley Arthur Donoho was mirrored by Piper's pregnancy with Chris in this season.
