Fair enough, Paige didn't get her witchly powers until she met her sisters and they vanquished Shax together. But not all of her powers are rooted in witchcraft - her orbing, at least, is rooted 100% in her whitelighter heritage. We saw that she orbed in the crash that killed her adopted parents - so why did it take her, conveniently, 21 years to find out she could orb? [Remember that at first Paige could only orb instinctively to escape from danger, and how often does that happen in everyday life? The car crash and the first time she used her powers to escape Shax were probably the only times she had ever used her power. Her later ability to orb anywhere, anytime, came from months of training.]

From the episode where she gets her explosion power Piper seems to ignore her freezing power, even when it would be better to use it. For example, in any episode where she is faced with more than one demon instead of blowing them up one at a time it would make more sense to freeze them all at once. Even if her explosions are more powerful sometimes, there's no logical reason why she should always use them in every situation. [Yes, there is no LOGICAL reason. But considering that Prue was the only one to ever get a pure offensive power (and remembering how long Phoebe whined about not getting an active power), it makes sense that Piper, having been thinking about this all these years, would use the spectacular, flashy, big-boom power before her tried and true freezing, especially in high-pressure situations. Also remember that Piper's known from the start that she can't freeze certain baddies, so it makes sense that her first instinct would be to "reach for the explosions."]

When magic was exposed to the world when the charmed ones were trying to vanquish the demon that eventually killed Prue, everything got out of hand, and they needed tempas in the end. However, seasons later when Wyatt (Piper and Leo's baby) exposed magic by bringing the dragon out of the television, the cleaners came and erased everything, and there was no mess (besides the loss of Wyatt. Why didn't the cleaners come earlier, when the news crew captured the exposure on tape? [As was stated, the Charmed Ones were well known for dealing with the messes on their own. As such, the only real reason the Cleaners finally interfered was due to Wyatt and his powerful abilities.]

Any time Leo uses his healing touch on someone, their damaged clothing is repaired and their blood stains disappear. Since Leo can't even heal injured animals, his power certainly wouldn't have any effect on torn fabric. [Since Leo fixes broken pipes with his power in "Saving Private Leo", we can assume that he can heal just about anything. It's anyone's guess why he can't heal animals.]

Prue's death was not originally scripted. They just took her out of the show because Shannen Doherty and Alyssa Milano became bitter enemies, and Phoebe was a more popular character. In fact, Shannen Doherty showed up for rehearsal for season four and they told her she was fired. [Shannon Doherty actually left the show Charmed months before season 4 started, she actually made up her mind about that earlier in December. She left because she thought the work was no longer fulfilling and to quote her, "Theres too much drama on the set, and not enough passion for the work". She did have words with Alyssa Milano backstage and they weren't the best of friends, but according to her, that didn't effect her decision to leave the show.]

In some later episodes of season four, Piper is sad because she has some fertility problems, making it hard for her to conceive a child. The only reason Wyatt was conceived is because Piper accidentally ate a chocolate that made her fertile with demon seed (explaining Wyatt's future evilness). But in season six, Chris is conceived as if Piper never had fertility problems at all. [Many people with fertility problems go on to concieve naturally.]

When Phoebe first discovered that Leo was an angel and he had come back to help Max, this episode implies that he can only help new witches who are discovering their power, but he stayed with the charmed ones for years. [Leo stayed with the Charmed Ones for longer than any of his other charges because he was married to Piper.]

When the sisters are in the nightclub P3 they can hear everything they say to each other really well. If you are in a nightclub you have to shout over the music but they can talk normal and hear every word the other says. [Some nightclubs are not that loud. Plus most clubs turn the volume up as it gets later.]

How come when Rex (Season 1) astral projected, he couldn't be seen, but when Prue astral projects, she can be seen? [Prue's astral projection is a different version of the power than the warlock ability, as we see later on when Barbas astral projects as well.]

If the power relinquishing spell is in Piper's mind, as we see in episode 4-7 'Brain Drain' when the Source tries to retrieve it, then surely they could have used that on Tuatha in episode 2-6 'That Old Black Magic'. [The spell can only be used to relinquish your own powers, i.e. Tuatha would have had to say the spell in order to lose her powers.]

In episode 8-22: "Forever Charmed," the past versions of Patty and Penny are amazed to learn that their daughters and granddaughters, respectively, are the Charmed Ones. However, both women knew the centuries-old prophecy that three sisters would eventually be born into the Warren line, and that they would be the Charmed Ones. It's conceivable that Patty, who came from a time before the birth of Phoebe, would not have thought of the prophecy at this time. Penny, however, came from after Phoebe was born, and previous flashback episodes had shown that Penny knew that the three sisters were the Charmed Ones immediately when the third sister was born. [Patty and Penny would have been thrown off that assumption by the birth of Paige.]

In the first season, witches aren't allowed to know they have a whitelighter, but later in the seasons, all Leo's witches call for him. [Witches are allowed to know their whitelighter. The Charmed Ones were a special case because their mother had an affair with her whitelighter, so Leo was ordered not to reveal himself to them.]

Throughout the whole show, Leo heals humans, but in one episode when everyone still thought Cole was just a human, Phoebe asks Leo to heal Cole and Leo says he can't, it's against the rules. [Leo can only heal people or humans that the Charmed ones have saved from Demons, Cole was not attacked by Demons that Pheobe can tell that is why Leo can't heal him. Pheobe thought that he just got hurt.]

Grams appears to the sisters (Prue, Piper and Phoebe) for the first time in the second season, "Witch Trial." When Prue dies (season three) Grams tells Piper and Phoebe they aren't ready to see her yet, but five seasons/years later they still don't get to see her, even though they got to see Grams approx. 2 years after her death. [We don't know what qualifies as "ready." It could be getting over losing her, which they never fully did; it could be needing her badly enough, which they didn't once Paige came about; or it could be some cosmic thing that we never found out. The "rules" on what makes them ready aren't ever explained.]

In 'Deja Vu All Over Again' Tempest tells Rodriguez he has brought him back to the exact moment they met. Tempest first appeared to Rodriguez at midnight, but it's light outside when he says this. [Actually Tempess says that he brought him back to the place they first met.]

In 'Deja Vu All Over Again', after Piper calls Phoebe it's an hour before she gets to Quake and only after that does Joanna arrive. During the third time they live the day Phoebe tells Piper to come home immediately when she calls, but Piper talks to Joanna before she leaves. If she was supposed to come home immediately why would she still be at the restaurant an hour later? [Phoebe says that you should ome home as soon as you can beacause we have a lot of demon hunting to do. So that would give Piper some time to tell Joanna what se can do with her life and her show.]

In the first shots of this episode, they show the ghost of Alcatraz and a soul collector. They failed to take away the shadows of both the ghost and the soul collector. There's a scene where a crowd of people are looking into the jail cell that the ghost and the soul collector are in. It shows no ghost, no soul collector and, importantly, no shadows. The next scene shows the ghost and the soul collector, and miraculously they have shadows. [It's showing what the cell looks like to ordinary people: empty. But then it shows the TV viewers that there really is something in the cell.]

In 'Out of Sight', season 1, Prue is pouring a potion into jars when the phone rings. When she sets the pot down there is one full jar and one empty jar, when she runs back a few seconds later to grab the potion both jars are full. [Actually, when she runs to the phone she passes two other full jars, and those are the ones she grabs.]

In this episode, the Charmed Ones travel into the past, to 1975. Prue explains to Piper that one of the reasons Patty became a waitress was because, "With Dad gone, she had to pay the bills somehow." However, Patty was in the earliest stages of her pregnancy in this episode, while episode 1-3: "Thank You For Not Morphing" established that Victor didn't leave the family until after Phoebe was born. [When Barbas makes the girls relive their worst memories, Piper's is her father leaving "for the last time," implying that Victor left and came back several times before leaving for good. Given Victor and Patty's rocky marriage, this would have been another of those periods when he was gone and Patty had to make ends meet on her own.]

If the sisters are innately magical even without their powers, as we see when they go back to save Melinda in episode 3-4, how are Piper and Prue frozen by little Piper? [When Prue and Piper were in the diner trying to use their powres in front of their mom and failed to work they assumed that only one set of girls can only have powers. So if older Piper and Prue did not have any powers they were actually not witches.]
