Mistakes
After Oro Dassyne has boasted about his fortress' defenses and the droid standung by him announces that he has spotted two Jedi approaching, Dassyne snatches the binoculars from him to take a look himself. Curiously, he holds them at a very different angle, i.e. he is not looking into the same direction the droid was looking, and still he spots the Jedi immediately. See more...
Trivia
In Revenge Of The Sith, General Grievous' first appearance was made notable by his rasping cough. In the Star Wars storyline, the crushing of his chest by Mace Windu in this episode was presented as the logical reason; but actually, George Lucas merely wanted to signify that Grievous is not a droid, but a cyborg. Star Wars: Clone Wars - Chapter XXIV (S2 E4)
Continuity: When Shaak Ti, Ronet Corobb, and Foul Moudama try to get Palpatine to safety, there are two Clone Troopers with them. As they stand waiting for the elevator, both Troopers are armed with blaster rifles, but as they walk into the elevator, one of them suddenly has a rocket launcher instead of a rifle.
