Other: In the scene where Chozen is buying vegetables from the villagers, one of the weights from the scale is knocked onto the ground. Daniel picks it up and realises that its not a real weight and breaks it in half. If Chozen wanted to cheat the villagers when he weighed their vegetables, he would need weights that were heavier than normal, not lighter plastic ones. Lighter weights would mean that the villagers vegetables would weigh more than normal, meaning they would get more money.

The Karate Kid Part II (1986) - 20 mistakes
starring Ralph Macchio (add more)
Continuity: When Mr. Miyagi is trying to capture a fly with his chopsticks he finally does, and the fly is captured about 2 inches from the end of the chopsticks. The tips of the chopsticks are crossed with the fly in the middle. When the camera cuts to the side angle while Daniel is driving up and before Mr. Miyagi releases the fly, the fly is now trapped at the very end of the chopsticks and the tips of the chopsticks are not crossed.
Continuity: When Chozen hits Daniel in the stomach, on the bridge by the village, one of Chozen's friends kicks the drum under Daniel to the other side of him, but when the girl hurls the vegetable at Chozen, it is back where it originally was. Also, when the girl hurls the vegetable he looks over his shoulder to his left, yet in the closeup he is looking over his right shoulder.
Other: During the scene of the Bone Dance in the castle, Daniel shouts out "Behind you!" to the Japanese girl as Chozen grabs her. As he does so, the shot goes wide and you can see Daniel and Mr. Miyagi rise up and begin to run forward. The shot then returns to just Chozen and the girl, and when the shot goes wide again, Daniel and Mr. Miyagi are again just getting up and running forward.
Continuity: When Miyagi is showing Daniel the "Drum Technique" by the water, Miyagi sends the hook thing flying at Daniel. Daniel goes flying into the water and gets soaked. You can tell if you look at his shirt, it is stuck to his chest. He then climbs back up and a few seconds later, he is A LOT drier.
Continuity: Daniel is supposed to break six pieces of ice. We see the man putting the six pieces in the slots. The shot where Daniel is approaching the ice their are only four pieces of ice. We then see two shots with six pieces of ice. When Daniel finally breaks the ice there are once again only four pieces of ice in the rack.
Continuity: At the end, when lots of people are dancing in the castle, it cuts to a man banging the drums and the music stops. Miyagi and his lady friend are standing in front of the fountain in the middle and Daniel is to the left of the screen, but in the following shot Miyagi and his friend are right in front of Daniel.
Continuity: At the start, when Daniel and Miyagi are at the back of Miyagi's house, Miyagi walks up to the new wood housing. On the housing's ledge there is a pot for nails, a measuring tape, a knife and a small pot behind the nail pot. A few shots later, the measuring tape and knife have both vanished.
Revealing: After Miyagi and the kid have the conversation with the military man they drive off and round a corner. A scene is shown of the sea and very visible is a shot of "Chinaman's Hat" Island. A feature that if you have ever been to Oahu, Hawaii near Kualoa Point you would know is on the island of Oahu and not in Okinawa where the movie is supposed to take place. See Chinaman's hat at this site: http://www.hawaiiweb.com/oahu/sites_to_see/chinamans_hat.htm.
