Revealing: When the two main characters explode and then implode at near the end, you can see some of the debris being sucked in passing "through" various other objects revealing they are computer generated.

Visible crew/equipment: When the two main characters meet in the warehouse to have their final battle, in the first shot that spins around you can briefly see a crew member in the distance as the camera settles to see Ryo. He is wearing a T-shit, shorts and a hat, and stands for about 2 seconds before realizing he's in the shot and darts away.
