In the scene where Dexter and Sydney are about to go to Nick Lang's funeral, Dexter gives his jacket to Sydney. At this time Dexter's hand is glued to Sydney's arm, so it's physically impossible for her to slip the jacket on. However, somehow between two shots she manages to put the jacket on without any difficulties. [The jacket is passed along from his arm to hers, and turned inside out in the process, hence its odd gold colour.]
