Continuity: When Carla and her mom have their "sex talk" people in the far background switch positions back and forth, especially visible because some of them wear rather loud colors.

Continuity: In the scene of the party at the country club, Danny gets drunk and announces his love for Carla on stage, the microphone changes positions in front of him throughout the scene.

Visible crew/equipment: When Carla's father drives off after dropping her at Bay Area Polytech the first time, two mike racks are reflected in the rear side window.

Continuity: On Carla's birthday some huge boxes are piled up on the garden table with a big yellow box on top. After Carla leaves in a huff her mother rearranges them and a reddish box is now on top, but in the last shot of the scene the boxes are positioned again like at the beginning.

Visible crew/equipment: When Carla and her mother look at an art book there's a microphone shadow across the page.

Continuity: On Carla's birthday her parents start an argument. When the father sends her sisters away they walk by behind him twice.

Continuity: When Daniel's painter friend gives him the allowance envelope that his father sends him, Daniel has the envelope and a conductor's wand in his hand. Scene cuts and now he just has the wand. Scene cuts again, and now he has the envelope folded up and the wand. Then final scene cuts and he sits down with neither object in his hand.

Continuity: In the shoe shop Carla's blouse changes from pink to beige.

Continuity: Danny is shaving when his father calls him. While he is talking we see a large wet spot on his t-shirt, but after he hangs up the t-shirt is suddenly dry.

Continuity: When Carla goes by bus to Danny's place, the pattern of her skirt changes when she arrives.
