The first time we see Anna's band, when they practice in the garage, the wire that connects to Anna's guitar keeps changing from black to bright blue. [The guitar lead is black with blue support near the jack. In some shots you can only see the blue part.]

When Jake and Anna are at his motorcycle after she has completed her test. He tells her that it was mean of her to change the other girl's test answers. When the camera is behind (and to the side of) Anna, her jaw is not moving, yet there is obviously a dubbed line added as you hear her voice. [Actually, her lips do move, just not too much.]
When Lindsay Lohan's brother is running around with a pair of briefs on his head, he runs with ease to Jamie Lee Curtis - thus seeming to be able to see where he's going. Yet a minute later, he runs into the door as if he COULDN'T see. [Harry probably could see out of the underwear when he ran to Tess. Tess was trying to get them off and they could have moved, thus Harry couldn't see the door.]
In the beginning of the movie, Ann Coleman gets an "F" and a "Preposterous" on her essay. The essay is actually rather good. Perhaps the reason that she got an "F" is because she copied it from this website: http://www.midtermpapers.com/view.php/English/1984.txt [The reason she got an F was discovered later on - after Anna and Dr. Coleman switch bodies and Dr. Coleman (in Anna's body) goes to school and takes her English class. Dr. Coleman realises at the end of class that the English teacher is giving Anna bad grades because because Dr. Coleman turned down the teacher when they were younger to a high school dance and is now taking it out on Dr. Coleman's daughter, Anna.]
When Anna (still herself) arrives home from school, she finds her brother in her room playing with her guitar. The camera moves down the house to the open garage door, showing the faces of the confused teens. Seconds later, when they start to play, the garage door is closed. [It would have taken more than three seconds for Anna to pull the underwear on her brother's head. They could have closed the garage door in that short amount of time.]
When Anna (in Tess' body) and Jake are at the cafe discussing music and bands, and they start singing "Baby One More Time," the black gentleman at the table behind them looks at them like they're crazy, then turns back to his newspaper, then it cuts to a wide shot, and he's instantly looking at them again. [Maybe the black gentlemen spun around to look at them again because they were annoying him or maybe it was because he wanted to decide whether he was seeing/hearing things. ]
Jamie Lee Curtis (being possessed by her daughter) is playing the guitar towards the end of the movie, so Lindsay Lohan (being possessed by her mother) looks like *she* is actually playing it. However, since Lindsay Lohan's body is obviously not playing even remotely the same notes being heard by the teen audience (and furthermore, her fellow bandmates) in the movie, how come everybody seems to think she is? [Teen audiences normally don't pay attention to the way people's fingers move on the guitar, they just listen to the music. Or the ones who do pay attention don't care. The ones in the far back can't even really tell.]
Early in the movie when Anna is leaving PE detention, she drops her bag, causing a bunch of books, pens, and pencils to fall out. As she is picking them up, you can see a black pen rolling on the ground behind her. However, when she is walking with Jake, the pen on the floor is gone, even though she never picked it up. [You actually can't see the pen because she is blocking it.]
When Anna and Tess (in each other's bodies) are talking on the stairs before getting dressed for the rehearsal dinner, you can see the end of a large black microphone drop into sight at the very top of the screen. About a second later, it's raised back up again, out of sight. [I watched every frame of them on the stairs (widescreen and fullscreen) and saw no boom mic.]
When the dentist calls to confirm an appointment for a root canal, Anna (in Tess's body) cancels the appointment because she did not want to have the root canal for Tess. Dentists only call on the day before or on the day of to confirm an appointment, and Tess is getting married the next day. How many people with a Doctor's level of intelligence schedule a root canal that close to their wedding? [This was a Friday so the appointment could have been on Monday (next business day).]
When Tess/Anna is on TV and it cuts back to the audience, at one point you can see a whole lot of equipment and a person holding a cue card. Normally in TV studios these wouldn't be visible on the actual show. [Though it is true that normally the production crew and/or studio equipment are not visible on TV talk shows, morning shows, etc., there are numerous occasions in reality where this was/is not the case, whether or not the show is taped or live on the air. Off the top of my head I remember this occurring on The Tonight Show, The Rosie O'Donnell Show and Live with Regis and Kelly.]

When Anna's band is rehearsing, her hair goes from frizzy and tangled in one shot to smooth in the next. [Actually, Anna's hair is smooth the whole time they are rehearsing. It is tangled and frizzy when she is chasing her brother around the house and then changes to smooth when she goes to the garage to rehearse. That isn't a mistake either though, because she could have quickly brushed it before coming out.]
Lindsay Lohan's door was taken off of her room at the beginning of the movie, before she gets home from school. Later on, there are shots with the door still on, but when she and her mom have switched places and they are getting ready for the rehearsal dinner, they both comment on how the door is no longer there. It somehow magically appears and disappears between scenes. [Anna's door was only taken from her room AFTER her mother got the phone call from the principal, informing her of Anna's misbehavior. This is AFTER she gets home from school, NOT BEFORE. And, furthermore, the door STAYS off for the remainder of the film.]
While at school, Anna turned her shirt inside out after seeing another girl wearing the same shirt (With her shirt inside out you see the stitching on her shirt where the logo is, inside out). But a few scenes later when Jake walks by, her shirt is on normally but has no logo on it. [Actually, once Anna turned the shirt inside out, it stayed like that for the rest of the day, until she gets home from school. And, furthermore, if one watches carefully, when Jake walks by, her shirt is CLEARLY still inside out, and the logo is still in plain view.]
In the shot where Tess is in Anna's body, at school she sees Stacy Hinchouse and decides to give her a hug. Stacy then hugs her pulling the back of Anna's shirt over Anna's head and shoves her,which then leads to Anna falling over a bike rack onto the ground. The next shot is a close up of Anna's face pulling her shirt back down in FRONT of her, not back over her head, like Stacy had done before. [Stacy pulls it behind "Anna" to trick her, so "Anna" pulls it back down in front of her (it doesn't make a difference).]
When Evin and Tess (still herself) are in their session at the beginning of the movie Evin starts by saying he's had a good week. Later, when Tess (in Anna) and Ann (in Tess) are talking after they've woken up and noticed the switch, Tess (in Anna) mentions that Evin is her neediest patient, and that she's seen him everyday for the last couple years. Evin wouldn't start talking about the beginning of the week, Tess already knows. [Maybe since Evin is nervous and probably has mental issues he wanted to say something so he started a casual "I've been having a good week so far."]
The entire time Ryan is on the set of The Dottie Robertson Show he is wearing a maroon tie. In the next scene while he is driving home from the Dottie Robertson Show studio he sees Tess on the motorcycle with Jake. In this scene his tie is blue. [It's not straight after the Dottie Robertson Show, it's a little later, he is actually in his wedding rehearsal outfit.]
In and before the wedding rehearsal (before the audition) Anna's eyeshadow is vaguely grey. However, when they return, it is very little in the inner eye bit. [If you look closely, it is the same both times.]
When Tess (at the beginning of the movie) enters her office with Evin, you see her open her office door, closing it behind her. It then shows a shot of the office and she's closing the door again. [It is two seperate doors. The first door is the waiting/reception area, then her office.]

At the beginning in the Chinese restaurant, Anna runs into the toilets and locks the door, leaving Tess out. They crack open their fortune cookies, read them and feel the earthquake. When they get to the table, they ask Harry, Ryan and Grandpa about the earthquake. They all claim that they felt nothing. At the rehearsal dinner, after Tess's speech, there is another earthquake. Everyone in the room feels it this time. [In the first scene, both Anna and Tess were in different rooms than everyone else; the effect was felt only where the both of them were. In the second one, they're with the crowd, so everyone feels it.]
