Continuity: When the Aragons were in danger of losing their crop to cold weather, they lit fires between the rows of grapevines and fan the warmed air between the plants. In several shots the flames and smoke get very close to the vines, with no harm to the plants. However, when Alberto accidentally starts the fire that ruins their farm, watch how the grapevines go up in flames - it's almost laughable how quickly they ignite. In one of the long shots of the vineyard during the fire it appears that some of the vines spontaneously combust.
