When the Spice Girls are describing how they got across London, one of them says "and then two nuns in a Mini Metro nearly hit us", except when they show the two nuns in the car, its a Mini, not a Mini Metro, two different cars. [Sounds remarkably like a character mistake to me.]

In every scene in the front of the bus where Richard E Grant sits to use the desk/phone, there is a large board behind him with various tasks on it, one of which reads "COMPETION", rather than "COMPETITION" [So someone misspelled it. Not really a movie mistake, but a character mistake.]

During the obstacle course scene where the Spice Girls are first lining up, a few of them switch places. [I watched the movie heaps of times and they don't seem to switch places at all.]
The Spice Girls' bus is a double decker, and double decker buses aren't that wide. But when we have scenes in the bus, it seems HUGE. It looks about 7 metres wide, WAY too big for a bus. [It's a joke. This is much too obvious to be anything other than a deliberate mistake.]
When the Spice Bus goes over London Bridge - it's obviously fake. You can tell just by looking at it that it was a miniature model. [It's a joke. When the movie guys are pitching the idea to the girls manager, they suggest that the bus goes over the bridge, then someone says, 'That's expensive' then you see the very fake shot, and he adds, 'Maybe not.']
During the scene where Nicola is in labor on the Spice bus, she is breathing heavily and in pain. But for a second or so, she is sitting up and laughing. Then she is laying down in pain again. [This is called having contractions. Anybody that has expirienced child birth would know that it is possible to have a time of pain(a contraction)and in between these times of pain it is quite possible that something may have made her laugh, and then she had another contraction which would be why she would be in pain again.]
When Posh and the two contest winners fall from the speeding boat, Sporty Spice jumps into the water to rescue them. In one scene her life preserver appears to be orange. However, in the next scene it is clearly yellow. [The reason for this is because the life preserver is designed to "blow up" and float when you fall into the water so its not always so big when you don't need it. Its orange when not inflated, and yellow when it is. You can see that Posh Spice and the contest winners life preservers are also blown up and yellow when the girls still on the boat are orange.]
The clever factoid, that the sailfish is the largest fish in the world is not correct. The largest fish in the world is the whale shark, which is a cartilaganeous fish that can grow up to 46 feet long. [Ginger says the largest fish in the world is a Manta Ray, not the sailfish.]
In the scene when they're talking about that they haven't been much of a friend, Emma has a brown lollipop and when she takes it out of her mouth it's yellow. [It's two toned].
