| 2 | Independence Day | When the President holds his frightened daughter, in the shot after the alien craft creates a shadow over the White House, there are photographs and a bust of Lincoln on the table beside the President - the view of the photos is not blocked by anything. In the very next close-up of the photos, things differ, such as a large framed photo of the President with the Dalai Lama that appears out of nowhere, between the photo of the First Lady and the photo of the Pope. |
| 3 | Saw V | Throughout the movie, the clocks show incorrect time and at times changes from 8:20 to 18:20 and the countdown clock shows wrong sequencing. |
| 4 | A Nightmare on Elm Street | In the bath scene, Nancy is falling asleep and is awoken by her mother then starts falling back to sleep and her inflatable pillow is roughly 8 inches above her head. When the shot changes to face her, the pillow is now below her head. |
| 5 | Tomorrow Never Dies | When the stealth ship tries to escape the English and Chinese navies, they say it's going 48 knots. But when we see it 'speeding' away, you can see by its wake that it is cruising very slowly. Definitely nowhere near 48 knots. |

| 6 | Eagle Eye | When the Secretary of Defense leads Agent Perez to the B36 floor, there are Marines under arms and covered (have their hats on) yet they do not salute. Any Marine under arms is required to salute any higher ranking officer, including the President and Vice President, and would have been required to salute the Secretary of Defense, who is in his chain of command. |
| 7 | The Nightmare Before Christmas | In the opening scene as everyone is gathering for the Town Meeting, in the bottom right hand corner watch the Mayor's car the megaphone is shown slightly to the left and then seen pointing to the right. |
| 8 | Back to School | During the fight scene in the bar, after the pep-rally, Lou (Burt Young) is seen pressing a guy over his head. The guy is wearing a denim vest, with a red sweater on underneath. After Lou throws the guy's head into the jukebox, the guy who is sticking out of the jukebox is wearing a full denim jacket. The red sweater and vest disappear. |
| 9 | Meet Joe Black | In the scene where Bill is having a drink on the couch before dinner (just a few minutes before he meets "Death"), he's holding a highball glass while talking to his daughter Alison. When he gets up and heads toward the dining room, the glass has disappeared. |
| 10 | The Thing | When MacReady is dictating his log into the tape recorder, in case no one is left alive, he stops the tape player at one point. He then starts the recorder again. If you watch closely, he presses only one button to start it recording. First of all, on these old style recorders, it was necessary to press both play and record at the same time for the machine to record. Not only that, when they show a closeup of him stopping the recording to play it back, both play and record are now depressed, without him having touched the machine again. |
| 11 | Death Hunt | The spotter pilot is Captain Tucker of the Royal Canadian Air Force. But the RCAF of the 1930s used RAF ranks. He would actually be a Flight Lieutenant. |

When the images are sent to Bank, Virgil digitally alters them and changes the names while Bank is distracted by Basher. One of the faces altered is Livingston's, despite the fact that Bank already has his name and has seen his face. |

| 14 | The Bourne Identity | In the scene where Wombosi is assassinated, he is walking down the stairs carrying his coat. When he is shot, he has his coat on. They cut to a shot of the bullets going through the window and the assassin on the roof and then they cut back to Wombosi lying at the bottom of the stairs with his coat on. |
| 15 | Get Smart | When Max drives the Secret Service vehicle through the golf course, the driver's side door mirror is broken off. It then changes back and forth from hanging from a wire to securely fastened on the door. |

| 16 | On Her Majesty's Secret Service | In the scene where Bond is getting out of Draco's car to visit Gumbold, his tie is neatly within his jacket. He bends over to speak to Draco, and the tie is dangling out of his jacket. In the next shot, he straightens up, and the tie is once again neatly within his jacket. |
| 17 | 633 Squadron | Near the beginning, after the initial return of the squadron, when Wing Cmdr. Roy Grant is taken to his superior, as the jeep drives away, between the two hangars in the background can be seen a light blue/grey Series 2 long wheelbase Land Rover, from the late 50s, early 60s. |
| 18 | Iron Man | In the montage of Stark designing the Mark II suit on his computer, he picks up a coffee mug to his left and absent-mindedly drinks it, then gets a not-good expression as the liquid was presumably not what he was expecting. A second earlier, the coffee mug had been shown completely upside-down on the desk. |
| 19 | K-9 | When the Lyman realises that Dooley's bomb detonator is a fake, he starts running away. He must be some sprinter, because in the first shot he's at the end of the semi trailer, and in the next shot he's a good 400m away. He simply could never have gotten that far away in a split second. |
| 20 | Forrest Gump | In the scene where Jenny is adjusting Forrest's tie before their wedding, a man wearing a brown jacket can be seen on the porch behind them. Then in the next shot when Forrest sees Lt. Dan approaching, the man is gone. |
| 21 | Thank You for Smoking | Nick and the film director talk about cigarettes blowing up in the all-oxygen environment of a space station. Spacecraft don't have an all-oxygen environment- this would kill the astronauts inside it. Oxygen exhibits toxic effects above a certain partial pressure under most circumstances. |
| 22 | Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls | In the beginning where Ace has retrieved the raccoon, the first shot of the animal looking down shows two red clips touching each other. In the next close up shot, there is only one red clip shown with no others near it. |
| 23 | Made of Honor | As Tom's dad's bride (girl from <i>Nip/Tuck)</i>is walking into the church, her lawyer is escorting her while holding a briefcase. When he kisses her on the cheek, the camera cuts instantly to a closer shot. There are several things different in the new shot. The lawyer no longer has the briefcase, the lawyer no longer has the pre-nup in his hand, the bride's bracelet is in a different position and there are now several people in the background (there were none in the previous shot). |
| 24 | Batman Begins | When Rachel visits Bruce at Wayne Manor on his birthday, she receives a call on her mobile phone. She answers with her name, pauses for a second and a half, then asks "Who authorised that". She then explains to Bruce that Carmine Falcone has been moved to Arkham Asylum and placed on suicide watch. Even somebody speaking unrealistically fast, which the caller would have no reason to do, could not possibly communicate all that in the time depicted for the call. |
| 25 | Richie Rich | When Cadbury shoots Van Dough with the laser and he falls down the giant stone nose, no orange rope is visible above or near him, yet he winds up tangled in it and dangling in front of the Rich family. |
| 26 | Drugstore Cowboy | When Dianna is trying to seduce Bob early in the film, we hear her voice say, "You won't f*k me and I always have to drive", but her lips are saying something completely different. |
| 27 | Daylight | During the initial car chase scene, the speedometer of the stolen car is shown a couple of times. You can see that the speedometer is in kilometers per hour, not miles per hour. This is because most of the movie was actually filmed at a studio in Rome, Italy, so the cars they used were built with European specs. |
| 28 | Sunset | The events in the film take place in mid-1929, as evidenced by the first academy awards being presented in May. However, Wyatt Earp went to the happy hunting grounds in January of that year. |
| 29 | The Happening | At the end of the movie when the "specialist" is giving his account on to what happened, they are on TV - but his hand comes through the TV when he is gesturing. |
| 30 | Event Horizon | Strange how the crew of the Lewis and Clark don't stop and take a good look at the planet Neptune, even for a little bit, let alone comment on it. |
