| Rank | Title | Mistake |
|---|---|---|
Full House | In the episodes where Michelle is a toddler, during the opening you can see her point to the camera during the car/bridge part. Jesse tries to make it look cute by laughing and pushing her arm down.
Friends | In the episode where Joey is doubling Al Pacino's butt you can clearly see his shadow when he's shooting the scene in the shower, and he's wearing boxer shorts.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer | During the fight scene at the end when Buffy is fighting the demons you see her throw one of the demons off the platform. If you watch him fall you can see him land safely on a conveniently placed mat.
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air | When Will staples his Malcom X poster to the wall, the wall bends back and forth for a second or two.
Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers | In SPD Episode "Sam Part 1" (13-7), when the Ranger first yells "SPD emergency," a piece of Jack's Morpher breaks off.

Monk | In the scene where a man is streaking, he is carefully made to look naked. But when he is running through the park, there is one shot where you can see some black underwear.
Lost | As Ray drives the pickup truck, an oncoming vehicle beeps and the marshal heads behind Ray's pickup. In the shot through the cab's rear window facing the bed, as the marshal pulls behind, the bed's side wall interior is seen (note the metal loop tie down on top) and the entire tailgate is gone; yet the tailgate is intact later, when the pickup flips over. The tailgate was removed for the shot to allow visibility of the marshal's vehicle.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation | Season 5 Episode 18 "Spark of Life": when they show a closeup of the badly-burned woman during her debridement, it can be seen that even though her eyebrows and hair and, in fact, 90% of her skin has been burned away, she still has long, full eyelashes.
Only Fools and Horses | At the very beginning of the episode, Leonard Pierce is waiting for the cue for his character to start looking for his teeth. He's standing in the living room, between his room and Del and Rodney's room.
Dark Shadows (1991) | The mirror over Barnabas' mantel hangs flush against the wall. Yet when he shatters it, the candlestick he throws can be seen to go through the glass instead of bouncing back as it should have done.
Ally McBeal | When Georgia walks into Billy's office naked, a triangle-lamp will cover her "naked" breasts. Look closely, for at one point you can see the white, strapless bra.
Charmed | Before Jason Dean is shot outside the penthouse, Phoebe is waving her hands trying to convince him that the world is not real and you can already see blood on her fingers.
The Prisoner | Though the Village isn't supposed to have automobiles (only the little "golf cart" transports), there are several parked cars visible in the shot of Rover floating down to attack the fleeing Villager.
Malcolm in the Middle | At the start, when Lois tells Hal to raise his arms so she can shave his armpits, if you look at the bottom of the screen you can briefly see that Hal is wearing something to cover up his privates.
Fawlty Towers | When the Major first meets Basil, the same shot is used twice of the Major twitching.
Mr. Bean | In the later intros (when Mr Bean falls into a spotlight in a town) part of Mr Bean's foot isn't in the spotlight, but it still has a shine.
Seinfeld | In this episode when Jerry leaves his room to talk to his neighbour about their fight, when he shuts his door the wall shakes revealing that the place he lives in is not a real apartment.
Everybody Loves Raymond | In the episode with Raymond's diary, Marie makes like she is reading from Raymond's diary, however from the angle that she's holding it, it's obvious that there's no writing on the page except for a standard header on every page. Raymond also doesn't write anything when she asks him to amend the entry.
Red Dwarf | The first time you see Lister, the Cat, Kochanski and Kryten in the AR machine you can see the cat opening his eyes realising that it is not in the script, smiling and then closing his eyes.
Taxi | The gang is talking about their experiences in Cab 804 but when Elaine's segment begins, Tom Selleck gets in the cab and the cab number is 264.
I Love Lucy | When Ricky and Lucy are dancing in the living room, the camera swings too far to the left, and the edge of the set wall and the adjoining bedroom set can be seen briefly.
Married... with Children | When Al is blocking the killer's axe with his suitcase and they struggle for it, it is obvious that the axe is made of rubber, as the handle keeps bending.
Scrubs | When Elliot is splashed by the dolphin, if you watch carefully you can see her hair is already wet.
The Nanny | When Fran is on the private jet, the champagne sitting between her and Cathy doesn't move through all the turbulence, showing that it is the camera shaking and not the plane.
Knight Rider | When KITT takes part in the race and goes up on two wheels, you can see that the stunt driver is behind the wheel and that a dummy is strapped into the passenger's seat.
Wonder Woman | In "The Bermuda Triangle Crisis" when Wonder Woman drops a mine into the water, she's supposed to be dropping it into the ocean. However, you can see a drain plug of some sort in the background and the "ocean" is obviously a pool, or similar.
Stargate SG-1 | As we know, the watery image of the event horizon is projected onto a blue backdrop. In "Origin" the third episode of season nine, Ger'ak comes through the Stargate and we can see the image of the event horizon, though faint, around and above the Stargate itself and is not confined to normal area for the event horizon. Blatantly visible if you look for it on the airing of the episode on the Sci-Fi network.
The X-Files | While the computer is being infected with the virus, Peterson turns away from the screen to face Scully. Two seconds later, after the shot of Scully, the same shot is shown again but in reverse so that Peterson turns back to the screen. It's more obvious if you look at the weird way his eyes blink in the reversed shot.
Doctor Who (2005) | The 'earthquake' that takes place in this episode results in CGI-created cracks in the pavement that are very unconvincing. They do not appear to displace anything and - in a related continuity error - the cracks disappear in shots taken from ground level (the cracks are only visible in high-level 'looking down' shots.
Hannah Montana | In the episode "The Way We Almost Weren't", closer to the end, when Lily and Oliver are lying on the floor glued to the chairs, you can easily see black strips on their backs attaching them to the chairs.
