| 2 | Gilmore Girls | Season 6, 9/20/05, "Fight Face" While in Luke's Diner, Luke hands Lorelei a cup of coffee in a 'to go' cup. When Luke puts the coffee in front of Lorelei, the cup makes a hollow sound when it hits the counter, obviously indicating that there's no actual coffee in the cup. |
| 3 | The Simpsons | During the theme, the Simpsons' mailbox flag is on the wrong side of the mailbox. (Flags are always on a mailbox's right side, when viewed from the front. The one at the Simpson home is on the left side of their mailbox.). |
| 4 | Family Guy | During the <i>Vagina Monologues</i> show, the pair of legs casts a shadow but the microphone stand doesn't. |
| 5 | The King of Queens | On outside shots the front door is on the extreme right. Shots from inside the house show the living room on the left and the door in a central position. |

| 6 | Smallville | Lois digs up Chloe's grave site to unearth her casket. It is obvious that the casket is not buried six feet deep. You would think, will all that is going on, that LuthorCorp would have at least buried the casket deeper to deter inquisitive eyes and maybe throw in a few scattered bones for good measure. |
| 7 | CSI: Crime Scene Investigation | In the scene where Grissom is talking to the coroner about the man who was shot and strangled with his tie, you can see the actor that played the body breathing. |
| 8 | South Park | 1113 Guitar Queer-O: When the kids are playing "Carry On Wayward Son," there are no notes on the tv in the one area. However the boys play the notes there and get it right. |
| 9 | Friends | Chandler tries to open the door that leads to his room, but Joey has sawed the door in half so only the upper half opens, and Chandler then falls over the bottom half. He has to hit it with some force to fall over it, but it doesn't budge an inch. |
| 10 | Angel | At the end of the opening credits, you can see Angel's reflection in the puddle on the floor. Since he is a vampire, this should not happen. |
| 11 | Lost | The Monster appearing in the pilot and causing the turbine to explode is a mistake (not trivia). This is actually an artefact of poor CGI effects that was left in the show in error. | 13 | The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! | On the "Mario's Greatest Movie Moments" DVD of this series, from the main menu, go into the trivia game. The fifth question asks you about the Super Mario Bros. Super Show episode 'Count Koopula.' It asks you "What's room number that the Mario Bros. were put into in Koopula's Castle?" It's supposed to say "What's THE room number that the Mario Bros. were put into in Koopula's Castle?" |
| 14 | Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers | Episode 13-12: "Shadow (2)." When Cruger is challenged to defeat 100 robots, a red countdown meter appears on the screen, ticking down each time Cruger dispatches an opponent. When the counter is at 21, Cruger slices his sword at a robot, which then goes down. But the counter stays at 21 and only goes to 22 when he slices at the next robot. Every robot in the sequence goes down after a single hit from Cruger's sword. |
| 15 | Kim Possible | In the scene where Kim is running across grass-covered Japan to stop Duff Killigan, when she talks her lips don't move along to the words. |

| 16 | Sliders | The Sliders discover the reverse-time issue when they notice that the clock on the wall is backward. However, in other shots, clocks look normal. Look carefully at the clocks on the judge's desk as the camera pans by. |
| 17 | Star Trek: The Next Generation | When Picard is introducing his staff, he says that Data is 2nd in command, when in Fact Data is 3rd in command after Riker, after Picard. |
| 18 | Days of Our Lives | When Billie visited Georgia's grave in Salem, she acted as if the baby was buried there, yet, Billie should know that the coffin buried is just a bunch of rocks and the real Georgia is buried where Earl, Wayne, and their mother live by the bayou. Billie lied to Bo about Hope being the cause of their baby's death and buried the rocks in the coffin to make it look like the baby had died after her fight with Hope, rather than before. |

| 20 | Alias | For secret agents, Sydney and Dixon are not very dedicated to secret identities. At several points they refer to each other by their real names in front of other people while they are under aliases. Examples include The Confession party and The Coup Las Vegas scenes. |
| 21 | ER | Season 12, Episode "Blame it on the Rain": At the beginning of the episode, Abby is almost run over by a man driving an SUV. They exchange words and then Abby throws a supposedly full cup of coffee at him. The cup of coffee bounces off the seat of the man's car and it is obvious that the cup is empty. |
| 22 | Star Wars: Clone Wars | The crest of the clone trooper's helmet, when he points out that the cannons are being destroyed, does not reach down to the eyeslit, whereas it does with the others'. |
| 23 | Frasier | This is for the episode "Crock Tales" (the 22nd of the season). Almost all the flashback sequences are wrong in time. The one from 2003 has Niles and Daphne coming back from their honeymoon but they married in 2002. Although not ever couple take their honeymoon directly after they've married, the wedding episode "Ring Cycle" mentions them going on their honeymoon. |
| 24 | Futurama | A few of the liquid people are shown wearing clothes; while you can usually see through the people to the walls, etc, behind them, you can't see the clothing through them. |
| 25 | Buffy The Vampire Slayer | In the scene near the end when Faith is putting Joyce's lipstick on in the mirror and taunting her, it is obvious that the make-up department forgot to put Faith's tattoo on her upper arm. It's obvious if you watch back and forth between the mirror and the shot of Faith standing and turning, there is no evidence of a tattoo that has been established Faith has in the previous season. |
| 26 | Law & Order | In the episode TOMBSTONE the scene where the murdered female lawyer is discovered, she's laying on her right side with her feet toward the direction of entry. In the next scene where the detectives view the body, the dead female lawyer is on her left side with her feet pointing toward the window. |
| 27 | Full House | After Vanessa comes to the door, and they find out that DJ moved out of the room, everyone starts going upstairs, and Jesse takes Vanessa's hand so she will go with him. In the hallway, right before they enter DJ's old room, you see Vanessa behind Jesse since you can see her peach dress. But then it's like she disappears and she does not ever enter the room. |
| 28 | Doctor Who (1963) | William has a bit of a nightmare, completely throwing the others during one scene by saying the same line ("It's not very likely") twice, and fumbling the line "You knocked both Susan and I unconscious". He also omits the scripted explanation for the melted clocks. |
| 29 | Drawn Together | Season 1 Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2". When the pizza delivery man shows up at the police station, the receptionist says that they hadn't ordered twenty pizzas; but the pizza man is holding only eighteen boxes. |
| 30 | Are You Being Served? | The gender of Mrs Slocombe's cat is always different in each episode. Sometimes her cat is a female and other times it is a male. (eg. In 'Mrs Slocombe Expects', her cat is female. In 'No Sale', when Mrs. Slocombe complains about her having to get up to have a bath at 6:00 in the morning, she says, "The gurgling of the tank woke him up."). |
