| 2 | The King of Queens | In episodes that show the outside of the IPS building, there are some shots that show a mailbox outside of the building, then other shots where the mailbox is missing. |
| 3 | Hannah Montana | In the episode "Schooly Bully", as Miley is explaining to Roxy about the bully, Roxy decides to show them how she cuts the pineapple. When the camera cuts, the string that will pull the pineapple is visible. |
| 4 | Grey's Anatomy | We see a nurse writing down "Yang, C" on the assignments board; note the handwriting. Later, when Burke notices that Christina's name is on the board, the handwriting of "Yang, C" is completely different and other minor writing differences are noticeable too. |
| 5 | Beverly Hills, 90210 | Brandon and Dylan are in their hotel room and Brandon is talking to Kelly on the phone. Right after she says, "Are you sure you two aren't shackin' up with some biker babes?" it goes back to Brandon and you can see a boom mic above his head. It then continues until about when Dylan walks out of the bathroom. |

| 6 | London's Burning | In the episode when ACO Bulstrode is looking at the newspaper cut-out of the appliance crash (the one that Bayleaf was involved in), look closely at the cut-out. The whole article is just the same 3 or 4 lines repeating over and over again. Seemed the producers were too lazy to write a full article, hoping no-one would notice. |
| 7 | Everybody Loves Raymond | Inside the kitchen, the back door is perpendicular to the sink's wall. On the outside, the door is part of one continuous wall. |
| 8 | Scrubs | When JD is thinking to himself while the characters are 'drifting through the halls', you can see the rope and trolley device that is being used to pull Carla along. |
| 9 | Stargate SG-1 | Season 9, episode 14 "Stronghold": When Bratac has cleared the gate in his alkesh, there is a shot of the gate from nearly side on. There is now a wormhole, despite the SGC dialing it less than a minute before. |
| 10 | Angel | During Angel's fight with the Beast, he is choked by the throat and begins gagging. Since Angel doesn't breathe, there's no air for him to lose, so he shouldn't gag. |
| 11 | I Spy | Season 2, "It's All Done With Mirrors": During Scott and Kelly's scuffle in the restaurant, the stunt men's faces are visible several times. |
| 12 | Teen Titans | After Robin slides Starfire's cocoon away from the Chrysalis Eater, the monster is attacked by Raven, Cyborg and Beast Boy. As it turns to fight back, we first see the cocoon lying all by itself in the background, and then suddenly Robin pops back into the frame. |
| 13 | How I Met Your Mother | Robin says in this episode that she never played team sports and was always a loner. However in a later episode, (The Prom episode) she mentions she missed her prom due to field hockey nationals. |
| 14 | Friends | When Monica is wafting the smell of cookies to the other in the big apartment, there is a shot of Monica, and all the stage lights are clearly shown reflected in the TV creen. |
| 15 | Charmed | In the scene where The Source uses Piper's powers together on the clay object (it blows up and then freezes), after he unfreezes it, the pieces shatter and one lands on the stand thing. As the camera moves in towards The Source, before the camera passes the clay piece it visibly vanishes (as it is CGI) and then the Source holds up a piece which is much larger and a different shape. |

| 16 | Six Feet Under | When Brenda and Billy are arguing in the casino, the shoulder strap of Brenda's handbag moves from tucked under her collar in the close ups, to sitting halfway along her shoulder in the long shots. |
| 17 | The Big Bang Theory | In "The Shiksa Indeterminacy": When Sheldon says that his sister was sent to spy on him, his arms are behind his back. Camera cuts and they are now at his side. |
| 18 | The Brady Bunch | As Bobby empties his pockets in search of his kazoo, he piles the contents on a nearby table. In a long shot, several of the toys (most noticeably a green plastic paddle) disappear, only to reappear when Cindy is leaving the room. |
| 19 | Men Into Space | When McCauley and Rennish find the body of a previous moon explorer, they play back a message he left on a portable tape recorder. But they shouldn't be able to hear this: there's no atmosphere on the moon to carry the sound waves. Even if there were, their pressurized, self-contained spacesuits would still prevent them from hearing the tape. |

The sound apparently startled Paul Darrow, causing the always-unflappable, nerves-of-steel Avon to flinch: the only time in all four seasons that he's ever seen, albeit briefly, to break character. |

| 22 | The Simpsons | When Homer says to Bob that he tells Marge everything, his hand is by his mouth, the shot cuts and it is at his side. |
| 23 | Top Gear | During the motorhome race, the little red Toyota has a fold out space sticking out of the roof. But it disappears and reappears in almost every shot right up to the moment it splits off. |
| 24 | Frasier | Just after Niles has run out of Cafe Nervosa, the tip he left on the table keeps vanishing and reappearing between shots. |
| 25 | Hawaii Five-0 | When Vogler stands in the doorway talking to Danno, the position of his arms alternates with each change of shot, from down at his sides to propped at 90-degree angles on his hips. |
| 26 | The Incredible Hulk | When the Hulk throws Mr. Malone in the river during his second transformation, the first shot is too long and we see that he would fall a few feet from the closest river shore. But in the second shot he is flying like crazy and almost lands on the remote river shore. |
| 27 | Doctor Who (2005) | Considering the Jadoon have just walked across the Moon from their ship, there's very little Moon dust on their boots. Maybe they have advanced alien boots which repel this kind of thing. |
| 28 | Supernatural | When the Carlton son reaches in to pull the plug out of the sink you can see the plug chain on the cutting board to the left of the sink before he even reaches in, then he pulls it out and puts the plug chain on the board. |
| 29 | Bones | At the funeral, Bones places a rose on top of several other roses on the coffin of the murder victim. When the victim's parents approach the coffin to place their rose on it, most of the roses have vanished. |
| 30 | Firefly | During the duel, after Atherton breaks Mal's sword, he puts the blade to Mal's chest with his arm straight and his wrist slightly bent. The angle changes, and Atherton is suddenly holding the sword with his elbow bent and a straight wrist, in a completely different manner. |
